i really like the hulk and wolverine 2 pack.  I'm happy to be getting a new comic hulk, and the first appearance wolverine is an interesting addition, but makes sense.

I’m gonna be honest I don’t even collect marvel figs at the moment haha I’ve been putting it off because I’m trying to focus on my DC collection and my wallet is in pain. I think I’ll start collecting marvel after I finish the justice league Dark members,

any opinions on what marvel character I should get first?

It just depends on which marvel characters you like and what kind of collection you have in mind to start. If you’re trying to go for an avengers collection I’d start with the essentials/classics like Iron Man and Captain America, especially since they’re going to be releasing those 80th anniversary ones. But if you’re not going for a particular set then just start with whoever you like. That’s what I’d do.
