Who Wants To Win A Marvelous $100 Store Credit At BBTS???

Recommended Posts

We are once again giving someone on our Message Boards a chance to win a $100 store credit to BigBadToyStore.com. Who couldn't use $100 to buy toys?

Here is what you have to do in order to be entered for a chance to win this week.

1. You have to be a registered member of the MarvelousNews Forums.

2. Any contributing post made ANYWHERE on THE FORUMS between today (03/26) and April 14 will get you entered into our drawing for the store credit. Every contributing post you make will get you an entry in the drawing, so the more you post the better your chances of winning are. Posts must be contributing to the topic or discussion though. ONE WORD posts or posts deemed as SPAM will not be counted towards the drawing. A good rule of thumb is to post how you would normally post if there was no contest.

As an ADDED BONUS, if you help us spread the word about this contest on your favorite social media platform or group and you comment in this thread that you did so, you will automatically receive 3 additional entries into the drawing which will help your chances to win. Helping spread the word about the contest helps grow this community which is in large part something that we feel will benefit all. Now since we have no real way of knowing if you actually help spread the word for this, we are going to have to go on the honor system with this part and take your word for it if you indicate you've done so. However please feel free to tag @MarvelousNews when you spread the word on such platforms as Twitter or Instagram.

The drawing will be held on Monday, April 15 and the winner will be contacted by JayC via PM on the message boards that day. Once the winner has claimed their price we will also announce the winner on the forums as well.

Our goal is to create the ultimate online Marvel collecting community and this contest is our way of saying thank you for checking us out and being part of that community. Good luck to everyone.

I already have the Deadpool Scooter, Prof.X is the tough one to get in my City. And any figs I can get for free, definitely helps my cause in saving toward that new X Men wave!

As someone who does not collect 6 inch Marvel Figures, but had my passion for collecting reignited by the now defunct 3 3/4 Marvel Universe line 10 years ago, I do not know if I can find a place here. Im on forums for Star Wars collecting, but dont get a chance to talk Marvel stuff.

    • Since when was Zemo a normal guy? He murdered, and was able to impersonate, a high ranking government official, killed several world leaders while wearing a Bucky mask, set off an EMP device in the middle of a bustling metropolis, broke up the world's premiere superhero organization, memorized the Winter Soldier code book, and located a top-secret Winter Soldier factory, murdering every super-soldier there-in. All while working pretty much alone. In their in-universe estimation he must be like Jason Bourne and Keyser Soze had a baby and hired Dom Toretto as his nanny. They would probably confine his butt to the Raft just to keep the stuff ratting around in his head from getting out.
    • I posted on this idea before. Starjammers would be simple to do; they've already got body molds for all characters ( Abomination makes a great Ch'od and besides, Abomination needs to re-made anyway and scaled up to match the Hulk), and just using the Spider-Man infinite Black Cat mold youve basically got Madame Hepzibah. If they just stick to Dave Cockrum's rendition it'll be perfect.
    • i'll buy that about Clint, being a world renowned assassin and all, but I seriously doubt General Ross was not aware of Scott's association with Hank Pym or familiar with the capability of the Ant-Man formula. If they woulda not know what he was capable of you'd think they woulda put him in some sort of stasis rather than a standard cell under the fear that he could simply just slip through the cracks. I also fully agree that aside from his nefarious machinations Zemo is little more threatening than your average psycho on the streets but, like I said, the Raft just seems like the proper neutral place in the MCU. Granted, we know what the Raft is used for in the Comics Universe, but that doesn't actually mean it has the same application in the much smaller MCU.
    • I've seen it going for around $35 online. If you can manage the extra $10, that might be your most reliable option.
    • Yes! While I have no reason to think any of the Hasbro production heads are reading this, or have any plans to make Red Wolf, I sure hope they take your idea into mind if they do. In fact they need to use lighter, flexible plastic whenever they're doing figures that have tunics that extend below the waist (like Doom) or longer hair ( like Scarlet Witch).
