Thanks to this magazine scan that has hit social media, we have our first look at the upcoming MAFEX Avengers: Infinity War Thor figure coming from Medicom. Based on this image it looks like the figure will come with three headsculpts, one with an eye patch, one with the fake eye and one with lightning effect eyes. The figure will also include lightning effect pieces that attach to the figure and Stormbreaker which is also included. It also looks like the cape will be removable and will have alternate arms without the sleeves. The figure will likely have multiple pairs of hands as well.

Stay-tuned for official images and details like a release date to be coming soon. The figure likely will be released in October.

These promotional images look really nice, but I guess we'll have to wait for the figure to be released (mafex has been slowly getting better with their face printing tech but IMO its still not as good as SHF and even below hasbro in most cases).

PS is it just me or does the chest/shoulders area look a little big and the head just slightly small in comparison (it might be proportionated to Hemsworth's physique though, I remember he looked huge in the begining of endgame, before he got fat, still it looks a little bit strange)

Pre-order ASA. This is def the best at this scale.  The lightning effects will probably a little fragile, but will not snap as easily as the pegs of the Iron Spider back. The plastic is usually different and a  bit flexible.

Has all the accessories, a wired cape & multiple head sculpts that the SHF is missing. Hard to make a comparison otherwise to the SHF from official images only. I'll reserve comments until I see a prototype. Also considering all the issues on Mafex recent releases reviews I've seen on YouTube (Hello Iron Spider Waldos easy breakage, arm joints not secured on John Wick 2, Ra's arm breaking off when gently articulating) I still have my concerns relative to Mafex QC issues. There are certain YouTube reviewers out there that sing Mafex praises for all the improvements made to address their historical QC issues but then their are reviews out there on very recent releases that still have significant QC issues.
