Glad its an easy pass for me. I love that they do so much MCU stuff because its less for me to grab as im not an MCU collector. They all look nice tho!

I'm happy we're getting the Collector; not so much the Grandmaster because he's coming out in a single later this year.  I would have preferred either Howard the Duck or Heimdall so I finally have a figure to go with the big A sword.

Aw yeah...Heimdall would have been a must-buy.  Wouldn't have made much sense to package him with the Collector, but still.  Heck, even Volstagg would have been acceptable (And at least he had one scene with the Collector).

Grandmaster makes sense but...yeah.  Feels like Hasbro cheaping out.

How limited number are they going to have...I hope that there won't be another problem like the star wars obi wan and darth maul exclusives... hopefully they will put a limit on them.

I dont know... I have a feeling they will eventually release the collector single packed as well, probably with just one of the heads and no orb accessory which means that other than the extra head, the smiling grand master head and the pile of goo the only thing thatll mean this is an exclusive set will be the packaging, hasbro has done this on multiple ocasions (re-releasing sdcc exclusive figures later on in their normal ML or Black Series Lines) so I wouldnt put it past them to do the same with the collector, we might have to wait for the next Guardians Movie to see him but im pretty sure theyll release him for general public sometime (it seems too much of a waste of money on hasbro to sculpt and produce a brand new figure just to only sell him at sdcc)

They did it last year for Iron Fist and Colleen Wing

While I don't particularly like the design of these two characters for the MCU, I think that these figures still look pretty good.

I'm a little annoyed about it including the Grandmaster since they're already releasing him at retail, but they still look great.

I usually like the MCU figures, but I agree that comic figures of these two would be better, at least for myself. The comic figures had a more imposing look. but these two look like they just left the Bingo house.

The Collector's cape looks pretty rad. Hopefully it comes out like that at release.

Im sure they had intentions of releasing them and then the shows got canceled, or maybe they still will, Im just saying most of the figures that are released are exclusives get eventually released in mass retail (some take a couple years like Magik, Guardian or Black Bolt) That being said its not a garantee but seeing as we are getting a Grandmaster figure for mass distribution Im willing to bet there is a high chance we'll see Collector released as well eventually

As good as this looks I'm gonna be passing on this one. Nothing for me from Hasbro this year. I'm somewhat thankful. There is enough goodness coming out to keep my wallet empty for a while.

Oh cool, Hasbro has decided to give us the Grandmaster's cousin in action figure form.

Until someone above pointed it out, I didn’t realize that the Grandmaster in this set has a different portrait than the one that comes with Korg; this one is smiling, the one with Korg isn’t. 

I guess I’m going to be reaching out for my first SDCC Exclusive, because what’s better than one Jeff Goldblum? That’s right: two Jeff Goldblums.
