Can We Get a Full Thor Wave

Truth be told, I would only get comic based figs based on Thor & BRB as while the rest of his friends/allies are cool such as Lady Sif, Balder, the warriors 3 & Heimdal, Thor is my main favorite Asgardian. Hasbro has to give us a classic BRB based on this statue! A Thunderstrike Thor aka Eric Masterson version & either include a classic Bearded head sculpt with another figure in the wave or make a classic Bearded Thor with alternate helmetless head sculpt & loose Thor helmet for him to hold. Classic comic based figures of Ulik, Malekith  & classic Loki have been made & only a comic based Kurse needs to be made as his other enemies are the Frost Giants & Surter the fire demon, but I highly doubt we'll get 16' versions of them. Now as far as earth based Thor villians are concerned, then we need  the entire Classic comic based Wrecking crew re-done on the new Herc/Thor bucks as Hasbro really phoned it in by using the outta scale & outdated 2010 Warpath buck for them & made em all Hulk sized!  Hulk sized T-ball= no Bueno!  A boxset with Bearded Thor & proper scale classic Wrecking crew would sell like hotcakes!  We need more classic Zemo led Masters of evil as well.

100%!!!

I definitely want that Zemo, as he is one of my favorite villains. And I wouldn't be opposed to a comic Hela rerelease. I freakin love that one from the Book of Vishanti set.

I would definitely love a Thor wave or two, three and four to make up for what we didn't initially receive especially dealing with the comics.

It would certainly be a nice way to finally get The Warriors Three.  Of course, the most likely time would be to tie in with the next film, and they were already very unceremoniously killed off in the last one.  Of course, I am talking about the comic versions, so it only matters so much.  Either way, it's been nice, in recent years, for the Asgardian representation to have finally gone beyond Thor and Loki.  I still need to grab that along-awaited classic version of the trickster.

I'm all for this, as it stands we have had to pay for exclusives mostly to get Thor related heroes and villians, or else they are released in waves that have nothing to do with Thor.  I vote for

BAF: Surtur, Destroyer, Kurse and Volstagg

Comic Figures: Balder, Karnilla, Heimdal, Hogun, Fandral, Skurge, High Evolutionary, New Odin

In my fantasy world of Thor waves, these are all based on the comics, not the MCU.

THOR wave 1: Destroyer BAF

  1. Thor (like the 80th anniversary figure but with a beard and helmet that covers half his face)
  2. Beta Ray Bill (Simonson design)
  3. Lady Sif
  4. The Executioner
  5. Odin (Kirby-style)
  6. Seth

THOR wave 2: Volstagg BAF

  1. Thunderstrike
  2. Fandral the Dashing
  3. Hogun the Grim
  4. Hela
  5. The Wrecker
  6. Hildegarde

THOR wave 3: Ulik BAF (yeah, just re-use the SDCC exclusive since I never got him)

  1. Thor (modern version from "War of the Realms" arc)
  2. Balder the Brave
  3. Karnilla the Norn Queen
  4. Heimdell
  5. Hercules (classic)
  6. Gor

Riders series Valkyrie with Aragorn

You're the 1st person I've ever seen list Seth! lol. I definitely would love to see him get made. Not just because that's my name too but... mainly. 😄

Classic Thor cant be beat, and they just released him, so I'd expect:

Thor, battle armor (bearded head and unbearded with teeth bared)

Beta Ray Bill (classic)

Fire Lord

Sif

Ultimates Thor

Ulik

Valkyrie (comics)

Destroyer or Surtur BAF

    • King & Queen: Black Bolt / Medusa - these two need to be redone Evolution: Mar-Vell / Captain Marvel - first appearance Mar-Vell in green and white Kree warrior outfit; other is red and blue Nega-bands costume with interchangeable head for white/blonde hair Enemies: Doctor Strange / Baron Mordo Heroes for Hire: Power Man / Iron Fist - classic versions of Luke Cage and Danny Rand  Nightwing Restorations: Misty Knight / Colleen Wing  West Coast Avengers: Tigra / Wonder Man - red jacket and sunglasses version of Simon Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: male / female - two bodies in tactical blue and gray uniforms, interchangeable heads to create Jimmy Woo, Jasper Sitwell, Clay Quartermain, Phil Coulson (male), and Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, Maria Hill, Sharon Carter, Melinda May (female)   There are so, so, soooo many more I could come up with. I also really like the idea of army builder packs for the Skrulls, the Kree, the Mindless Ones, the Leader's Humanoids, Hydra, A.I.M., etc.
    • I love that the Fantastic Four are getting their own wave(s), but I prefer classic looks to modern. Since the Walgreen's exclusive gave us the retro/classic look for Reed and Sue, I'd like to see the other iconic design, the blue and white costumes designed by John Byrne, made famous in the '80s and '90s and in the unreleased Roger Corman movie.   Wave 2 Mister Fantastic - with bendy wire stretchable torso; arms and legs would be good, too, but torso is a must She-Hulk - Fantastic Four costume Mole Man - 3 1/2 inches tall, comes with 2 moloid creatures the size of a Marvel Universe figure Super-Skrull The Wizard Paste-Pot Pete BAF - Annihilus Wave 3 Invisible Woman - in costume, translucent shield effect like the new toy has Human Torch - Johnny Storm in costume, attachable flame effects Namor - reissue with cape and crown, alternate head with more comic-accurate hair and eyebrows Skrull Scientist Mad Thinker Invisible Woman - translucent BAF - Awesome Android Wave 4 Human Torch - flamed on, red body, black lines, yellowish flame effects Crystal - classic yellow Inhumans look Triton -  Diablo Puppet Master Blastaar BAF - Dragon Man Wave 5 Thing - with blue pants Gorgon Triton Titania Firelord Impossible Man BAF - Ronan the Accuser
    • TF is not one franchise it is at least four franchises at the moment.  Also no that they are doing the main members there is no need to release them again in the next wave. They should go back to the old He-Man idea and release main characters once a year, not every wave or in some cases two in every wave
    • True, but I could argue that Transformers is ONE franchise, and you may get 4 or 5 more waves throughout a given year. FF is only one of MANY franchises under the Marvel banner, every one of which must be serviced. There's no guarantee there will be another FF wave anytime soon, so you have to get your big guns up there right off. That's probably why, after waiting so long, Hasbro is suddenly hitting us with 90s X-Men left and right. Lord knows when we'll get another X-Wave.
