They got Thor looking like the Big Lebowski, but I don't think they drink the same beer.

Iron Patriot is looking like a beast, and Iron Man is great. Though I still don't understand why is his arc reactor shaped like that. Feels like they just screwed up the mold but green-lit it for some reason.

I initially didn't think I wanted that Iron Patriot, but the more I see it the more I realize it's looking really nice, the colors are beautiful and it's a really intricate looking sculpt, it is going to be an easy buy for me. Punisher also looks excellent the more I see him going to have to pick that one up as well, the rest shown here will be easy passes, that Thor face sculpt looks bad IMO and overall a goofy execution of what could have been a pretty cool figure, as much as I like the colors of Big Time SM, not so interested in the figure, and that Deadpool 2 pack is just lame , it's like a recycled parts heaven it's such a cash grab it makes me have to say hell no

These figure look awesome! Iron-Patriot looks great, although I do wish he had another fist and 2 blasting hands instead of one fist and a grip hand. MK 85 looks amazing with the shinny paint but It's possible that we'll get another battle damaged one with the stones so I'm gonna wait on it. I already have the Vision from last year but this one's cape is removable which is a huge plus for me. I don't have a comic book Punisher so I'll be happy to add this one in to my collection. The Big-Time Spider-Man looks fantastic though! Really liking the paint apps but one thing that really bothers me is that Hasbro used the same mask as the Black Suit Spidey with those huge eyes. I wish they could make new and accurate masks for each comic Spider-Man they do. The PS4 Spider-Man had the same problem. Not a deal breaker tho, but still.

The Thor is growing on me, hated it on first reveal.

Love Iron Patriot, actually missed that he wore this in EndGame ( too much going on to be bothered by details)

would like the white suit from the Deadpool set for yet another suited figure but the “beef stick” neck makes this an pass. Probably. I can kitbash but customizing with paint is out of my wheelhouse.

not familiar with Big Time Spidey but I remember the first version sold out and is $$$$ on the secondary market. Overall not interested.

is this version Punisher comic accurate or just comic inspired?

i have Vision from his two pack but obviously need him again for Fat Thor. Very worried that this clear plastic will be brittle like white Vision.

no pics but this is another opportunity for me to complain about Avengers 1 Cap ( won’t call him America’s Ass Cap because that joke has overstayed it’s welcome. Plus America’s Ass will always be Kate Upton to me.) great costume that NEEDS to be on a modern articulated buck.

no pics as well but the true winners of the 3rd endgame wave are Valkyrie and Heimdall. I’m guessing a matter of time before we get golden armor Heimdall.

I don't expect to get any of the figures pictured but I do plan on picking up both Heimdall and Valkyrie. The Endgame Valkyrie puts the Ragnarok 2-pack Valkyrie to shame.

Definitely excited about that Thor wave, already pre-ordered the whole thing. Only ones I'm not that interested in are Vision and that old Cap. The Deadpool pack is quite uninteresting for me, already got enough Deadpools. As for Big Time Spidey I really wanted, since I never got the first and (in)famous Big Time Let down. Hasbro killing my wallet.

Okay, there've definitely been some changes to these figs since the first reveal. Firstly, the Punisher looks way better than it did before. Not sure why his head looked so big at first reveal because I compared the Killmonger buck to the Punisher figure and Killmonger is actually bigger. Whatever they did that just made me want it after all. Big Time is already on pre-order. Not sure I NEED Bro Thor but I get a feeling it's gonna be a definite HTF so if I don't like I can easily sell. Vision is the same from the 2 pack, thus it will be waaaay too short. Iron Patriot is clearly the top of the heap, and again, would it kill you to put in a few arm extensions for IM, Hasbro? The biggest, hardest, most satisfying pass in this group  by far is the DP 2 pack. To quote the great thespian Brie Larson (at playing an arrogant, bitchy block of wood), "It's just like...y'know. Just, what? Like...whatever." It's just so much random crap that there's really no place for.

The Iron Patriot does look kinda cool, but I just can't support that Big Thorbowski figure in any way.

Nice pics and nice figures.  Punisher in particular seems like a nice modern comic version even if he is mostly reused parts. Big Time Spidey looks good too, although in my view he's not exactly an essential figure.

That BAF Thor doesn't have the greatest Hemsworth likeness .  Even so, I'd definitely would've bought a Thorbowski for $20 or even $25 but i can't see msyelf buying the whole wave to get him.  In fact, i'm not really sure i need any of the figures of that wave, although if i had to prioritize i would say my top pick would be vision, followed by heimdall, then val, then war machine. very little interest in cap or iron man.

I thought vision was supposed to be phasing but doens't seem all that translucent .. in these pics, anyhow.

The Deadpool 2-pack is a nice novelty set, not one i am likely to pick up though.

I get a subtle Dolph Lundgren vibe from the unpainted Punisher face.  Lots of cool looking stuff here, but I think that Big Time Spidey may be my only pick up.

I don't know, I think that may be paradolia talking. I remember when I first got my DCUC Red and Blue Supergirl I swore for weeks I could see a little Laura Vandervoort in there.

Had the same thought the first time I saw it.   That may be things folding back in on themselves, though:  It's probably based on comic art that was out around the time the Lundgren Punisher film was out and so he was probably being drawn to resemble Lundgren a little bit....

    • Humanity aspires to prolong life expectancy, increasing its quality. Life expectancy is the expected (in the statistical sense) number of years of life remaining at a given age. In other words, it is the average number of years that a person or animal can expect to live. If in 1900 life expectancy was 47 years of age, it has increased from 45 to 63 years from the1950’s (Life Expectancy Tables n.d.). Thus, life expectancy is constantly increasing. This fact should make people happy. One might observe not only an increase in the proportion of the older population in the age structure of society and a gradual increase of life expectancy, but also a process called by scientists as “the rejuvenation of the population”. The population of developed countries, thanks to the development of medicine, keeps their health strong and a youthful appearance longer. It influences different processes, which have psychological, cultural, and social characters. Moreover, one should not forget that the real goal of scientists-gerontologists and all who are involved in overcoming aging is not only to increase life expectancy, but also to prolong health and youth. Increased life expectancy is a result of various factors. There are the development of medicine and health care, improving the quality of nutrition and living conditions, the development of technologies that help conserve energy and strength among them. A spread of set of cosmetic procedures of maintaining a good appearance such as plastic surgery, hardware and “pharmaceutical” cosmetology also makes a great contribution to the “rejuvenation” of the population. There is a trend in medicine called “anti-aging”. Moreover, many diseases and conditions commonly associated with aging have become “older”. Hormone replacement therapy also contributes to the health and activity of women. Such a “rejuvenation” of the population often gives a new emphasis to very different processes. However, the increase in the average age of the population has far-reaching implications as well as a serious impact on the planning and implementation of social policy generally. Nonetheless the UN is concerned because for the first time in history, by 2050 there will be more senior citizens over 60 years of age than 15 year old children. Current paper discusses why it happens and what problems life expectancy might cause for modern society. The Problems for Modern Society Caused by Increased Life Expectancy · Social problems. Some researchers believe that there is a problem of coexistence of generations due to the increase in life expectancy. Today, all the infrastructure elements of life are focused on creating the conditions for a full life of one generation, while at least two generations have the demand for it. Life expectancy increases, causing not only a joy a for person’s friends and relatives, but also new problems both for the state, and for all those who in one way or another are affected by the increase in financial expenses due to an increase in the duration of life of the retired. There are public and private pension funds, health authorities and social security. The need to pay more pensions depends on the amount of taxes that the young working population will pay. The increase in pension payments will require increased taxation so the state could pay all the pensions. The increase in the number of people who are over 60 will require an increase in the quantity and quality of medical care and service. In turn, it will require a large amount of additional financial costs. They will be required not only to keep constant supply and improving the level of medicines and medical equipment, but also to attract a growing number of health care workers. Moreover, much more old people’s homes and other care units must be built in order to provide all for seniors. · Economic problems. Due to life expectancy, a large number of people over 60 will continue working in factories and companies. Despite the improvement of the quality of their physical and mental health, they will still give way to the younger generation in power energy, speed of reaction and endurance. As a consequence, countries, which will be dominated by older workers, will be less competitive in the global market. Their level of economic development and progress will be lower than in those countries where the workers are young people. Moreover, equally important problem is the fact that increasing numbers of older people can cause them to compete with the younger generation in the workplace. As a result, the younger generation might perceive people over 60 rather negatively. Young people might begin to consider the elderly as those who deprive them of work. Mankind has always sought to increase life expectancy. Recent advances of various kinds of sciences, including medicine, allow people to count on a significant increase in life expectancy. Every day scientists create new kinds of drugs, antibiotics and vaccines that not only fight various diseases, but also prevent their occurrence successfully. In addition, the improvement of living conditions, nutrition and other factors that are characteristic of developed countries contributes to life expectancy. It seems that the increase in life expectancy solves many problems and allows people around the world to have a long and high qualitative life, constantly opening up new opportunities for self-development. Nevertheless, life expectancy may cause some problems for modern society. There is the need for large amounts of additional finance for social sector (pensions and health care among them. In addition, no less important can become an economic problem since a large number of older workers might cause economic decline. • Kang, classic Ultron, Annihilus,  Blastaar,  Super Skrull, Viper/ Madame Hydra. All these were in some previous incarnation during Toybiz/early Hasbro ML time. They need to be updated; I don't include Dr Doom because we all know he's coming. Couldn't resist putting these on: Super Adaptoid,  Count Nefaria,  Sebastain Shaw, Bushmaster. Far as I know they didn't make ML before (did Count N make Marvel Universe?) but it goes to show, Hasbro's got a lot of figures to draw from that haven't ever been seen.
    • Would definitely get: 1. Mr Fantastic ("negative" uniform, stretch effect arms and legs if poss) 2. Thing ("negative" trunks, 2 fists, 2 open hands, one head mouth open) 3. Invisible Woman - clear variant 4. Human Torch- all red, translucent, correct body buck 5. Sub-Mariner - 70s "water wings" navy/black outfit 7. Super Skrull 8.  Annihilus BAF
    • YES. None of that yellow head nonsense. Toss in some good flame effects and youre golden!
    • Great job! That alt head looks more like the Emma Frost we all know and love!
