Marvel Select 7" Disney Store Exclusive MCU Captain Marvel And Endgame Thanos Coming In December

The newest Disney store catalog has revealed two new exclusive 7" Marvel Select figures from Diamond Select Toys coming in December. Captain Marvel with Goose the cat and Avengers Endgame Thanos.

It’s about time for that Thanos. I don’t typically get MS figures, but I’ve grown sick of waiting for Hasbro to make an accurate version. The hasbro one will go in the IW display and the MS one for the Endgame display.

Well I hope I get to actually have a chance to get this Thanos. The one they released around Infinity War was barely around. A salesperson at the Disney store near me said they got about 10 pieces and that was it.

10 for one store is a lot.

The Thanos does look quite good, I stopped buying selects but still have quite a few that I deem far better than the Legends counterpart, I think that Armored Thanos from what I've seen fits that description, except man I only need 1 figure to complete the BAF, so it's a tough one

Hopefully they'll both be good figures, especially the Captain Marvel. The Select Starforce Captain Marvel seemed kind of lacking.

Lol, if you say so. If that was considered a lot, it was the Toronto Eaton Center. I can only imagine what the other stores got.

This will has a strong change chance to become my first MCU ML select figure!
The Hasbro one lacks articulation points and I don't want want to waste money on comics figures I don't want.

Thanos on the other hand, has two different left arms! Yeah!

Dont know 100% yet but I assume very similar to how this recent comic book based one they did does

Not sure where the design for the Thanos weapon/blade came from as does not look close to the MCU version. Face likeness also looks off. Captain Marvel face likeness also looks off and a below average effort IMO. Both a very easy pass for me.

The way they put the wrist joint in the Infinity Gauntlet arm really hurts the figure. They should have engineered similar to the Marvel Legends version. The swivel sticks out like a sore thumb. Good thing that I doubt many people are going to pose him with the Gauntlet on.

And the blade. They had more time to make the figure than either Hasbro or Figuarts, yet somehow the blade is even more inaccurate (and smaller) than those company's releases. The rest of the figure looks great. I just think it'll be better to pair it with a third party blade, or the ZD Toys Thanos' blade, though I haven't found listings of the figure that only sell the accessories, like most ZD releases.

Thanos is pretty cool especially with normal and accurate hand but Captain Marvel looks like a pretty weak figure.
