Tessa Thompson who plays Valkyrie confirmed during an interview with ET that Christian Bale will be playing the villain in the 4th Thor movie. No indications yet on the exact character he will be playing.

"Christian Bale is going to play our villain, which is going to be fantastic," said Thompson "I've read the script. I can't tell you much. Lots of exciting text messages exchanged between Natalie and I. We're going to have fun. Taika is writing [and] directing. Some familiar faces. Some new people coming into the mix."

Taika Watiti will be directing the film which is slated to start production later this summer and will open in theaters on November 5, 2021.

No offense to "Not-Valkyrie," but in any movie directed by Tahiti Wasabi, HE by default is the villain.

LOL, considering that Thor Ragnarok by most is considered the best of the first three Thor movies I don't see much backing up that statement other than your usual own personal bias.
