2 in front look like kids, no thanks. Ones in the truck are my preference for HFC guards. Uniformity is the key concept of Army building, not differences. Bit of hgt & build difference yeAh, but not costume color difference.

Even the ones in Red have slight differences. Some are wearing leather harnesses around there chest.

Also originally they had women with different hair as goons too. They also have hellfire good with reversed colors.

Hellfire Club - Marvel Comics - Claremont's X-Men - Organisation profile #2 - Writeups.org

A lot of this was done to show ranks. You can collect the way you want and honestly they are coming to you the way you want.  But other people wanting them with slight differences would be just as accurate or even more accurate.

Hellfire brats, Really?

Yeah, basically in Wolverine and the X-men by Jason Aaron, a brat called Kade Kilgore and his pre-teen friends became the new Inner Circle. They were typically untouchable kid manipulators until Kade hit puberty

Not sure what story it comes from, but I wouldn't be surprised if the three in the different colours are those Hellfire brats, Jason Aaron created and if that's the case, it makes sense for them to have different colours as they were the Inner Circle

Yeah, the three in front with the different colours were the inner circle when it was comprised of kids who had murdered their wealthy, powerful parents. I didn't care for that story at all...

Oh another random leak, man this pandemic has really made the releases of things super wonky, things popping up at retail before the company can even say it's officially coming or even show us a picture, either way looks fine, looks exactly like what I thought it would look like, I'll get 1

Yes, I wonder when will the 'best' of X-men wave get leaked?

Hope Hasbro plans to let countries outside USA/Canada a chance to get this army builders.

Well the Hellfire Club goon was found in the UK, so it will possible to get these outside The USA.  After all the exclusiveness only counts for the country in question not the whole world.

I am well aware of the concept of the army builder. I just like my troops to be a bit different.

Legends should possibly release army builder figures at $20 and make them like the Classified Cobra Trooper/Black Series Both Rebel Fighter. Those figures have the ability to change a couple items around to make them look slightly different from one another.

Indeed, but the idea of these is to make them as cheaply as possibly, so they can sell them as cheaply as possible

Yep, head sculpt is all they have to make new.  New head sculpt, slap on a neck collar from DP plus shiny metallic paint job is all they'd have to do for making an army wave of Guardsmen! I'd get a dozen of these!

I would love a Guardsman figure. I would release it first in a wave with Michael and Kevin heads and then release it as an army builder

Guess they are making up for loss time, I would also guess X-Men right now are probably their hottest non MCU selling figures.

Oh I think Rock Python is by far the hottest non MCU figure on the market today. Its just unbeatable in every way.

I am definitely pondering a purchase of some of these guys! I hope they do do some doom bots tho as I would love a bunch of those as well. 2 of my favorite goon types. Never really cared about aim or hydra as much as those. Also I remember when toybiz showed them way back in the day and I was pretty excited for them until they got cancelled and never saw the light of day.

I am guessing army builders will become a more regular thing - Hydra, Aim, Shield, Hellfire Goons, Skrull, Hand, Kree, Brood, Doombots...I am sure we will eventually see them all if we keep buying them!

Not if the "I only buy 1 or 2 Army builders" crowd has any say in it. Hopefully the % of actual Army builders will outnumber them. I know I'm getting between 6 & 10 soon as they go on sale.

I don't think the people that buy 1 or 2 would matter much, just as long as total sales are good, Hasbro will keep pumping army builders out

Not everyone can afford to buy multiples
