Great choices everyone! (Again, really hope Hasbro is paying attention here)! My latest choices would be:

  • Classic US Agent/ Captain America (swapable heads of Steve Rogers and John Walker would be ideal!)
  • Ms Marvel in her First Appearance costume (particularly the version that had the open lower back)
  • Not sure if Thor in his 80s armor would count, but I need this figure so bad I can't even put it to words, lol.

I agree! That "retro" thing they pulled a few years back was an embarrassment....just a repainted Black Ant, and not even the correct helmet. I liked the toybiz version that came with a helmet he can actually take on and off.

I don't think the Vintage wave Ant-Man was terrible, just lazy. I actually think the helmet design is pretty cool; I'm only frustrated because I know they're capable of so much better, but I don't imagine there will be a lot of urgency to make another Ant-Man, at least until the third movie comes out in 2023.

Its terrible BECAUSE it was so lazy. Its terrible because the helmet design isn't Ant-Man's, certainly isn't "vintage". Its terrible BECAUSE they can do better- imagine the fan outrage if they dressed the pizza spidey buck up in yellow & blue, didn't bother to give it claws and then tried to present it as Wolverine?  Or put Hercules in the buckycap mold? Wow, they didnt even aspire to the level of quality the Toybiz version had. They should be going forward, not backwards. This character is one of the first that helped kick off the Marvel comic universe as we know it, and deserved a figure with more respect than this.

I always had soft spot for this Antman costume, If I'm not mistaken it first appeared in Avengers comics durning Johns run. It always had all the classic elements but it looked very alien, cool and different. I think if Hasbro can do this costume justice detail wise it's the version they should go with for the the next Antman figure and maybe do new she-hulk in white purple suit as well.

Yes I’d definitely take anyone in the costumes that were mentioned!

retro, metallic Vision was alright, but I hope they don’t stop at that. Wouldn’t mind a better white/phasing Vision with boots rather than barefeet. Or Anti-Vision.

Also been thinking lately how great it’d be to get 80’s Rogue and Angel. Would like to see more suits from the first X-Factor team as well. And of course my long desired 90s Domino!

I called that Scott's Spider-man outfit; since the design reminded me of Spidey for some reason
