Red Guardian and Yelena Belova are definitely on that list. I imagine silver centurion Iron Man is on there for a lot of people because of the disappointing neck. Maybe the terribly-painted jacketed Jackman Wolverine or some of the gamerverse Avengers? There really weren't a lot of outright duds last year.

I'd have to agree with you, and especially the last statement, there weren't a lot of outright duds. I think the Legends team should be proud of that, and strive to do even better.
