Nice, but not particularly interested in this version of Prof. X. However seeing him in this black body suit brings to mind a lot of ways to custom this particular buck. Without any specific markings or designs this could be a customizers dream buck. Wonder if the price will eventually drop or maybe this version will become in high demand?

Why did he have to put that head on the Jim Lee Xavier! I had no interest in this figure until seeing that. Still, $20 for an alternative head is probably not worth it, but I’ll definitely be looking for it on eBay or if it peg-warms and ultimately gets discounted at my local Target

MUCH better review than the one done for white suit Magneto.

I expect we're going to be seeing that "mind strobe" effect more and more in the years to follow, tweaked here and there. Not just for telepaths like Professor X, but for sonic powered types (Banshee) and those that use radar (Daredevil).

Like what I said in another post, I don't get it why Hasbro made a plain black body, obviously it does not match the art of Pepe Larraz. When this was revealed by hasbro, I made a comment to Ryan Ting via Instagram, however no reply, maybe because they already completed the mass production of the figure.

It's just sooooooooo bland... the blue, as seen in the art, would make such a huge difference. This Spidey buck seems a bit too lanky, too, but it's not too bad. The second head is great, and I'll buy this figure, but it is one of the least-interesting ones of this wave. Adding a whole bunch of additional deco is probably not something we'd see as a running change, I'm guessing, but it would make this figure so much better.

The alt head is the only thing that has peaked my interest about this fig. The price will drop and tempt me but I just don't have a use for it. But watch in about a year or two I will need it and the fig will probably end up going for like $30 then! 😂

The blue on the outfit in that picture is just light from the illuminated blue X on the helmet. His costume does have some seams that aren't depicted on the figure, and his hands are normally depicted as ungloved, but his outfit is definitely supposed to be all black.

its good that its comic accurate, just kind of makes for a boring figure imo.  i do think the alternate head looks cool (much better than the 'splooge' effect that came with Riders Xavier)  but that's not enough to get me to buy him.
