Realistic figures from 3d models

I've passed by a nice 3d model made as 3d scan of a DC cosplayer. I think maybe it might be an interesting idea if someone could create same figures with Marvel heroes. I'm into realism, so I would be happy to have such a figure made with Marvel movies actors or at least a good cosplayers. I've seen movie based figures, but they are not as accurate as 3d scan could be. I've made a small research, an have found out that there is an option to get a quick scan of the whole human as well as 3d print of it , but I cannot find a price. Also It would be great to make movable joints,so it would require some 3d modeling, before the print. It sounds really expensive....
