The Falcon And The Winter Soldier S.H. Figuarts Figures From Tamashii Nations

Tamashii Nations has released images and info for their Falcon and Winter Soldier figures from the Disney+ Falcon And The Winter Soldier series. The figures are slated with a August 2021 release.

Falcon will come with swap multiple portraits, interchangeable hands, a drone that can attach to his back, removable wings with a wingspan is over 12.5″ wide. He also comes with a flight stand and a pedestal arm for the drone. The Winter Soldier includes two interchangeable portraits, swap out hands, Captain America’s shield, and a figure stand. Wow, both head sculpts look pretty bad. I guess it’s as always hit or miss with SHF. I’m loving Falcon’s new costume more and more though. I hope that’s what the ML one will be but it seems like they’re doing the Falcon Cap suit instead.

I have said it once and I am going to say it again Sh f is not good. Like come these do not look good, their stuff always has whack proportions. Like I do not see the appeal with them.

The figures look nice, except for the headsculps.

Its a shame that Hasbro is doing a better job getting the likeness right at a much lower price.

These look decent. However like most of shf products the likeness isn't really there, which makes it hard for me to like a movie figure. But other than that they look good and the colours seem correct. Good thing that Falcon wears glasses as it covers his eyes and automatically becomes a better option for the headsculpt. As a ML collector though, I doubt I'll get any of these and hope we'll see some reveals from Hasbro soon. Perhaps as soon as this Monday if Friday's episode allows for it to happen.

Well okay, hate to beat a dead horse but yeah, those faces remind me of the old Thunderbirds puppets from the sixties. However the rest, not so bad.

Who are those guys wearing Sam and Bucky's costumes? I mean look at Bucky's freaking hair. WTF? Are these things SHF figures or those cheap knock offs you find on EBay? These things are bad.

Once again, SHF proves the one and only thing they have over most company's products are their accessories. I know that's Hasbro's weak point and we're all holding our breath that Sam even comes with wings, much less with Redwing, but even at that, some extra hands, a few head sculpts and a couple of flight stands does not justify SHF's standard asking price.

Just as it has been most of the time as of late, I can easily pass on SHF and their little bag of goodies and hold out for ML's much more accurate (if just a bit skimpy) version for just a fraction of the cost. I promise the things will at least look like the actors.

For me the only remarkable things on these are the colours especially the red on Falcon, his wings and the stands they come with...which is kinda sad considering the price you pay for shf.

Head sculpts are questionable but when googles are on for Falcon he does look magnificent with his new wings and new costume, much improvement from his previous look.

Those 2 sculpts are hideous not even close where is the message “talent approval pending “  what a waste of money i never got into those figs since they remind me of dolls thank god now .. good luck to those who buy that trash ..

The headsculpt sans goggles still looks off. It's an Anthony Mackie look-alike. And I thought SHF had the face printing technology nearly perfected.

Really wish we'd gotten a Marvel Legend of this Falcon suit. I like his Captain America look, but this suit got more screentime in the show. Would have been nice. But I guess that's too much wing to deal with.

First, Gamora from IW, then the 3 Avengers Assemble figures (Thor, Iron Man and Cap), these 2 guys and now John Walker. Is there someone new running the design department there? The face sculpts have been lackluster. For the price point? No thanks!

Maybe it can be released in a Deluxe Marvel Legends, to accomodate the wings and alternate headsculps.

I guess there's always a chance that (spoilers) Joaquin will end up wearing that same suit when he becomes the new Falcon, but I suspect they'll give him his own brand new suit.
