To anybody who is missing going to a Build-a-bear Workshop, Hasbro has revealed their latest wave of Marvel Legends figure that will make you happy, the Build-a-bear wave! Collect the whole wave to build a bear (and end up with an extra Modular Iron Man figure that don't have bear parts)!

Whether it is parodies about recent news or events, or collector's stories (inspired by real ones), ToyFarce will definitely give you a chuckle if you are a toy collector. I'm so excited for this wave. Little upset that there's three IM in this wave, but if you can get 4 new character in any wave these days it's a major plus. The Modular Armor is one of my favorite designs so I'm totally down with that. Not a huge fan of the Stealth armor, but I'm glad to see they got it outta the way. The Hologram armor is totally ridiculous and pointless and has zero reference or purpose, so it's basically the only stinker of the bunch. Still, it is a translucent figure and though I'm not a particular fan of it, it's still one of those gimmicks that a lot of fans have an affinity towards. Ursa Major is the major (pun intended) selling point here. And to tell truth it's not gonna leave near as bad a taste in my mouth as having to buy the Shang Chi wave to get Hyde, so there's always that, too.

If nothing else the Hologram Iron Man is good Diorama fodder, for those that are into such things.  Stick it on something that lets it get hit with an LED or two and voila...nice background material for a Tony Stark Lab or an Evil Villain Lair or Avengers Communications or...whatever.

But yeah, outside of that it's pretty much a stinker.

Clever. I dont even know how I didnt consider this thought when I first saw the wave announcement. Now thats some quality content. Also I think the hologram ironman is not the worst when it comes to figures in a wave. Hes at least got multiple things going for him. A good addition to any ironman fan when it comes to background or dio and the fact that its transparent plastic which alot of people go for that arent even fans of the character. If it werent for the fact that shes never had a figure, id place Darkstar in the stinker category. Basic phoned in detail and body mold. She comes with very little aside from the biggest baf piece and an extra set of hands, which thank god because the female salad fingers hands are getting way too overused.
