I love how good all of the interchangeable heads look! I think it's funny that there are far more pictures of that than the actual Hood. For that reason alone, this figure will probably never see the clearance rack as people pick up multiples to use as civilian figures.

All this is reminding me of is how much I want four S.H.I.E.L.D. soldier troop builders to use some variant heads.

Cool man! I'm only getting this in order to give those guns to my classic Punisher and the body for a generic Civie, or Peter Parker; I too love that they showed more head-swaps than the actual figure, lol.

Crazy that the color scheme for the Stan Lee figure was actually the perfect color scheme for The Hood based on the comics... so, I bought an extra Stan Lee and I'm swapping the bodies! 🙂

First thing I'll do when I get this is replace the head. I was really annoyed that we finally have a Hood figure and that have him that crappy shouting head. The hood itself could be much better too.

someone else pointed out that the shouting head version would make a good angry Banner.  too bad he doesn't have purple pants!

I still like him as 'angry action figure collector', too.

But he's the only one whose preorders aren't sold out on target, so i suspect he will be easy to get ahold of.

I don't really understand how the hasbro team messed up the hood so badly - why have the cloak be so long that he can't stand up and have it sit properly? Why not use an approach like Cloak or Moon Knight where the hood and cape are separate.  Seems like Ronan's hood/shoulder pads all over again, but worse.

Shartimus prime in his boxing video even called it a SUD face.

Yeah they really messed up the hood, it's like it was designed for someone else and they just repurposed it.

Maybe because they slapped him in there, and it shows. Very little to zero thought was put into his design and presentation. It seems this one got the shortest end of the budget stick in this wave...but really, what they should do is not impose such a deadline on themselves. Could they have done this wave without 7 figures, I ask. If so, then do that....instead of mailing it in like they did here.

Or maybe just re-issue a figure that fans missed out on years ago.

Or toss in an "army builder" type.
