Yeah, and actually it wasn't that bad a concept. That's something you could see Red Skull doing. Building a suit of armor or stealing and modifying one of Stark's much in the way that Norman Osborn did, but the figure was poorly done. It was nothing but a cheap play to get just one more use out of a badly outdated Iron Man mold. That buck was also really very small in comparison to what they were doing even back then. The Scourge figure based off the old Electro mold was similarly plagued. He was a great, if a bit on the obscure side, character that many people appreciated, but turned out really bad with the reuse of a terribly outdated and small buck, especially for a character that was supposed to generally be a bit larger than Cap or even US Agent.

I liked Iron Skull too and he did don it in the cartoon. I thought the figure was rather fun and I like both the heads it came with. It wasnt something that was just made up like the holo armor bs. Its definitely far from crap like some of the other stuff hasbro has pulled over the years. The concept cap in that same wave was much more garbage imo.

I didn't care if the mold was outdated, it worked as a Red Skull for me until I got the MCU Anniversary Red Skull and now it is a Armoured Hydra Soldier

Yeah he did actually do the Iron Skull thing in Avengers Assemble cartoon, which is what the figure was based on, I thought it was a cool concept and fine figure for the time, still is kinda cool, sure the mold was older, but we were still in the earlier days of Inifnite Series legends.
