Square Enix is expanding their Marvel gaming universe with a new video game based on Guardians of the Galaxy.

Fire up Star-Lord’s jet boots for a wild ride across the cosmos in this third-person action-adventure game, a fresh take on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. With the unpredictable Guardians at your side, blast your way from one explosive situation to another, with original and iconic Marvel characters caught in a struggle for the fate of the universe. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is coming October 26, 2021 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Also look for Black Panther to be added to the line-up for their Avengers video game.

Hard to get excited after the Avengers game

I once had a job stripping paint off of doors. I was more excited going to that job than anything SE or Eidos has to offer.

I don't really play a ton of new games, but I think this looks alright, sure they really were liberal about the artistic direction of the characters, kinda weird, but eh seems like fun could be had.

looks good from the design side..but so did the avengers game

As a HUGE Avengers fan the game was a major disappointment. Between the terrible original models and repetitive gameplay I bailed and haven’t looked back. 

I may grab the MCU skins and this Panther expansion looks promising. May check it out.

TGOTG game looks fun but the company’s history has given me low expectations.
