Hasbro Marvel Legends Live-Stream September 2021 Coverage

Okay I'm putting this out there but with the What If...? wave basically all been shown in the cartoon, I predict we will get some new figures from that, most presumably as 2-packs or exclusives, from the future episodes.

Predictions likely to prove foolish:

• Lip-service to both HasLab projects, the currently shipping Sentinels and the fully-funded Galactus, followed by an oblique tease for the next project, enough to fuel speculation but nothing obvious
• Retro 3 3/4" wave 4 release/pre-order announcement, followed by the reveal of wave 5 (or else the announcement that the line has been canceled)
• One or two single-serving MCU figures; I haven't seen WHAT IF...? episode 5 yet but I can imagine them making another zombie character from the episode. I also think we might get MCU Wong after his appearance in SHANG-CHI and NO WAY HOME. It might seem obvious to save him for the next Doctor Strange movie wave, but for all we know that wave will be packed with guest stars from the movie (and maybe the Disney+ Kamala Khan) and comic figures
• One new classic hero on the retro Marvel Universe card
• One or two Spider-Man characters on retro Spider-Man cards

I don't believe we'll get an entire 6" wave revealed or teased. I think we'll see between three and five new 6" figures and a new retro wave unveiled.

Today is the day. I don't care for the live stream itself but hoping they announce when they are putting up the Excalibur 3 pack for pre-order. After that I feel I am closing out my collection with the way things are going in our economy. Plus I been getting burned out.

Wooo.... Tomorrow's gonna be expensive. Gonna order five out of the six retro Spider-Man wave (sorry Armored Spidey), two S.H.I.E.L.D. sets, and four Skrulls. Yeesh.

Also, while it's not the '70s Falcon I want, I like this version soooo much better. Can't wait for him to go up. Gonna pass on the Loki's, though. I already got the one the Endgame wave.

This stream just mark off so many wants from me. Hammerhead, Shocker, Armor Mk1, Symbiote Spider-man, New Ben Reilly (though I wish he was his newer costume) and some what more classic Falcon.

The only ones I was indifferent to was the Hobgoblin and 2 lokis.

As for Ryan's second tease of the card, that is basically going to come with the toybiz Homage wave as it is essentially a carded version of the stand that Captain America came with.

I hear you. This is just getting taxing.

They give us another Falcon - which looks cool- but really, he should've been the classic version with Redwing as an accessory. Its also a chance to do a different head sculpt.

Quickly checked the Marvel Series 2 lineup and it looks like there is only 2 possible. Speedball and Sleepwalker. Those will be interesting if its those 2. All others have been done in some form

Some good looking figures, but nothing is really a "must get" for me. I know a lot of people are excited for classic Shocker, but I prefer the Superior 6 version I have, the old school suit just looks like he's wearing a romper now.  I was hoping for some new X villains, since those and Spidey villains are really the only thing my collection is lacking. Kinda bummed the Fox movie X-Men series is done too....Looks like the only expansion I'll be doing Legends wise is the MCU< but we got a LOT to look forward to in the next 5 years so...I call that a win.

Still no classic Hobgoblin. Of the new Retro wave, Shocker and Spidey Armour MK1 are must gets, maybe Hammerhead. Everything else is a pass.

Very happy to see them reissuing Lady Loki, new Hammerhead, Shocker and Armored Spidey look amazing and much needed, but that red peg on Ben Reilly is literally all I can see on that figure, and I'm not even asking for pin less here, which would be welcome but they could easily paint red boot part under the peg and it would have looked way better without that red peg looking at you.

So excited for more retro spider-man marvel legends. The Retro spidey figures have been my favorite legends recently I have mostly ever figure released in the retro wave can't wait to add these to my collection
