They do appear to be the same color, as far as my eyes could see, I compared the two for you.

I just wanna swap Zemo’s feet out. I prefer the sock look rather than those boots, I think.

To me this figure is damn near perfect. My favorite Cap villain, and top 3 Marvel villains. I swear as soon as I'm all in on a figure, it becomes a peg warmer.
