This set feels like a "Clear out old stock" box set.

To me this actually seems like a cool thing for the kids, or even adult collectors who want to get into this line, this is an awesome starter deck, it's got all of the base characters. it would be cool if Hasbro did a few Legends starter sets like this for the new collectors, sell em as online exclusives they'd fly.

Totally agree that it is a nice starter deck idea, though it would have been nicer with some badguys for  the heroes to fight

I'd say it would be really cool if they released a second set with the villains.

although from what I have seen there isn't a ton of bad guys in this series, it's quite minimal.

Yeah, it is annoying that nearly every toyline the heroes out way the villains, like who are they supposed to fight? Each Other?

Yeah really, it's just sadly universally considered Villains don't really sell, always has been, makes no sense though, for every hero we need a villain, always thought that say Marvel Legends in a wave of 6 figures should have 3 heros 3 villains always.

They don't sell well because you can never find them. I remember back in the 90's the Batman and Spidey lines been full of Batmen and Spidey's and trying to find villains was difficult. They do need a balance.

We need more Bring on the Bad Guy Waves, but have them tailored to say a line/family, so we would have a Spidey Bring on the Bad Guy Wave, a X-men Bring on the Bad Guy Wave, etc.

I agree, I think either they should have a balance in waves, or the Bad Guys waves should be main stay waves, every year we get at least 1 or 2, because they need so many villains still, every Hero should have a villain to fight by now, I hate when I look at for instance comic Shang-Chi who's he supposed to go against?

even a amazon box set full of villains once a year would be great.

Exactly, it shouldn't be too hard to balance the waves

I just think that Hasbro's take on it all is that most villains are not popular enough to sell, and most have been done already, probably why they are being so slow to trickle out important villains like Mandarin, Mordo and so forth.

but I think at least every comic hero needs their biggest foe, if you are going to release a Moon Knight comic figure at least find a way to put out around the same time say Black Spectre.
