Jesus, that Extremis Iron Man is a thing of beauty. They captured the design perfectly, and even nailed the slight roundness of the helmet. And, unlike their first version, they painted the jaw gold.

I really have to give Hasbro props for this one, they even got it doing the three-point landing pose for the promotional renders.

It looks like this go-round, they've realized there's actually supposed to be a healthy six foot adult male in that armor and not some emaciated kid. Looking good so far.

Be great if they took another whack at the Silver Centurion armor....but this is a step in the right direction.

Love to see the Iron Man NOW (black/gold) suit....and about the only thing I liked from the Heroes Reborn farce, the Promethium Armor.

Marvel NOW! Iron Man is one of the redos I want the most. Unlike the previous Extremis Iron Man, I have outright refused to buy Hasbro's initial attempt at the armor. The figure has the potential to look beyond fantastic if they do it properly. It would be the biggest Marvel Legends redemption in my eyes.

Holy Hell, if you'd have told me yesterday that the MCM event would have a hell of a lot more to offer than the official Hasbro 10/27 event I woulda laughed harder than I did the day I heard Brie Larson was to be the new face of the MCU, but there it is.

There are some really great roster fillers in here and some much needed updates as well. While I love the new characters like Random and Vertigo, I'm with the consensus that the Extremis Iron Man is the star of the show. When your previous version was dainty enough to be converted to the Rescue armor included in the Marvel Unlimited membership years ago, you knew it was time for an upgrade. Just gotta wonder what took so long. Cap, even though he's officially being hailed as the "Ultimate" version is a great update and will be my go-to "current" Cap for display. Zero and Vertigo, of course, are the obligatory mold re-used filler space but at least they are new characters. Again, my pet peeve, Zero at 6'0" and 200 lbs. is on the correct mold (Spider UK), but this also makes him larger than the 6'4" Silver Surfer and Firelord. Just gotta hate that.

BTW, love the photo bomb from the G.I. Joe Trooper pack. Classified is my only other solid collecting addiction.

The Silver Centurion was in the original Toybiz 5" line. I'm hoping they'll do him as a general release in the Iron Man Retro line with a retooled neck and head to be able to swap head sculpts. I don't think he ever wore the armor, but by including a Rhodie alternate head sculpt they could differentiate if from the Walgreen's version, cuz that seems to be their thing.

BTW, Titanium and Crimson Dynamo were also part of that line. And though I think TM would work better in his larger form as a BAF, at this point I think we'll all take what we can get.

Titanium Man could be done as a Retro Deluxe like Kingpin and Co.

Agree....hope they put as much effort into it as they did War Machine. Man that thing will look so sweet if they do it right.

Damn this is fact bro I have said this for a long time. Hasbro needs to create alot of new bucks but specifically a buck roughly the height of the hyperion buck but built/slender with updated articulation scheme and bam perfect buck for the likes of silver surfer and others.

Eh, Surfer's only 6'4".  He needs to be taller than like Grim Reaper and Spider-UK bodies, sure, but not Hyperion tall.  That hypothetical new body should be more somewhere in between the two in height.

Revealed earlier today at MCM London comes the new Amazon exclusive Amazon Exclusive Marvel Legends Disney+ What If Killmonger figure which is slated to go up for pre-order on November 1.

This is likely the AVN listing we told had showed up on the Amazon website earlier this week.

I'm sold. The five pack looks good and so does the Wonder Man wave. I like the jacket look. The front piece may be a bit flat which could be hurting the curb appeal but I still think it's a decent representation of someone I've wanted for a long time. Molecule Man is a must have, though he's a little too pretty. The rest look good so if the BAF is decent, I will get the set.

Such great reveals for Avengers AND XMen. That X 5 pack is legendary in terms of being all new characters and a much requested updated one. THIS is what future 5 packs should strive to be.

wait, is Yelena a zombie in this version? That skin color looks... unhealthy.

Extremis Iron Man.. I’m floored. Great update. The Ultimate Cap is cool but the whole “Ultimate “ thing needs to go away.

Orb still sucks.

If Hasbro continues to produce figures of this quality I may some day come around on the price hike. But that would mean we could expect no more missing or inaccurate paint apps or bare bones releases like Speedball and others that get the premium cost for standard product.

That Ultimate Cap looks absolutely fantastic! Always loved that look/ incarnation of him. Can't wait to get him! I hope that John Cena style head from the previous version fits on this body too, as I also really liked that take on Cap!

I was thinking the same thing. In comparison this figure has the same basic upper torso with a few added details. The head sculpts should be interchangeable. SHOULD be, but, y'know.........Hasbro.

All that was revealed today is a must get for me...................Except Ultimate Cap. Nothing against the figure, it's a fantastic figure and is a massive upgrade from the TB version but this is what Hasbro's fourth version of Ultimate Cap since the relaunch, and they still haven't redone the rest of the Ultimates. Give us a new Ultimate Iron man and finally a Thor..................still will be getting him though just in case I ever display the ultimate universe figures.

Random is a must get for me. I actually started reading comic by reading my cousin X-men comic when he was part of the X-force.

Zero looks great and you know me and my obsession with the obscure so him.

Vertigo may be a straight repaint of Invisible woman but she is practically a background team member so it works. Plus this "starts" both the Marauders and Savage Land Mutates.

That Iron Man though, Chef Kiss. I had little problem with the old one except for the size but Hasbro outdid themselves with this. Can't for the eventual Iron Patriot remake.

No interest in What If....? Killmonger.

Great point! And there was a 4" Ultimate Thor done (also Ult Iron Man) but never the 6" scale. Its always Ultimate Cap with these guys. You have to wonder...why? Why do they make these weird decisions? At the very least, if they were gonna re-do Ultimate Cap, then throw in one of the other Ultimates who never got done yet.

And Ultimate Thor is a really great design, so YEAH, it is surprising we've gotten several Ultimate Caps and not a Thor. I'm not as surprised by the weird decisions though because every big corporation I have worked for does things like this (either too many people throwing in their opinions, the decision maker being the least qualified, or the work load being so heavy or the deadline being too aggressive that the weird decisions are made).
