It looks like a Power Ranger, is it cool looking yeah sure, but this is too far off from the Comic look for me, I was hoping it would have been a fine fit in for a comic display but this is a no go, cool that it does look like the other MCU Ant-Man suits but in the Goliath colors, it's cool, but pass

Right. I didn't care that much for the Black Goliath outfit, and the character never did anything for me, but I do remember really digging that white/blue outfit he debuted back in Marvel 2-In-1 #55. The Thing suggests he take the name Giant-Man here. Cool costume.

Goliath looks like the Mego Micronauts figures...

These What If? shows are ok, mileage varies per each viewer but since the news has been full of rumors of Disney cutting content I say cut What If? It's starting to be a drag how many figures are devoted to what is essentially a standalone sub line.

Man! I am SO underwhelmed by this wave. I'm not the biggest fan of D+ crud, but still! The only one I would consider is Kingpin, but I'd rather have a comic accurate Kingpin. I am super disappointed in the Goliath. I thought it would be a comic book accurate Goliath. ah well, c'est la vie.

why would there be a comic accurate Goliath in a Disney + wave when all five of those wave so far have been MCU exclusive?

most of these figures do look good for what they are, some good likeness's here, fairly decent wave, just nothing for me, the BAF is so blah, there could have been something more interesting then a second Hydra Stomper and what's weird is this is a fully new figure then the previous, I'm not trying to be a negative person about it, but what the? (not what if) I have not heard one person say "hey I am so hyped for that other Hydra Stomper" , I am actually really cool with a wave that I don't want, so much I do want that it's nice to completely pass on figures to save money for the things I do want. Marvel Knights wave pleasee.

I guess it's just going to be Yelena and Kingpin for me. And I wasn't even a fan of the Hawkeye show. I also like how that Goliath looks but I have no use for any weird random What If? stuff on my shelf. It just doesn't fit anywhere and the quality of the episodes is so hit and miss there really isn't any one that I really want to represent in my collection. The Zombie Cap and IM were pretty cool though. I'll buy those up all day. Or at least until they come out with an actual Zombies wave. That Fury figure is so tragically disappointing that I'm just going to have to pass. I know Samuel L. Jackson has always been on the tall and slender side but this thing is so thin and petite I would be personally offended if I were SLJ that this is what they offered up after 15 years of Nick Fury. Just sad.

I'll be buying the whole wave and I'm not even a MCU collecto. Agatha is the only one that I look at and feel like I have to have. I'd skip the Gamora if she didn't come with a BAF part - she is the one figure I really dislike from this group. Most of the other figures (Fury, Kingpin, Talos, Yelena)  will likely be customized to be different characters than they're being sold as. The new Stomper will likely end up in my Iron Man hall of armors. Goliath looks like a Power Ranger and I certainly have bought enough generic looking Power Rangers to fit in my collection so he'll likely fill a similar role. I really wish that they would have included a Laurence Fishburn unmasked head, though.

AndyL brought up Fury looking like he's a little frail side - but that's exactly how he looks in this show. He looks 70-some years old and near the end of his life. I'm not really worried about it. My Nick Fury will always be the classic version while Jackson's character is more similar to Nick Fury Jr to me. Since it sounds like we'll be getting a Fury with alternate heads for both Sr. and Jr. in 2024 that will likely end up being my definitive version of both characters and really couldn't care less about the MCU version - but they can made into good customs of other characters. That's just me, though.

Kingpin looks good in these photos, but I want to know if he's at all taller than Happy Hogan, Logan, or any of the comic Cyclops figures.

I think that's the Happy Hogan buck that he's on, isn't it? So, I'm assuming that he'll be the same size as Happy - which in my mind would be way too small for comic Wilson but might be pretty much right on for MCU Wilson.

The best wave so far this year for the most part, just god, those two What If figures really kill it for me. If you're gonna give us a partially repainted figure, why not do Yellow Daredevil instead of this random What If character we haven't even seen yet? If you're gonna create a brand new Hydra Stomper no one cares about, why not put that effort into retooling the Gamerverse Abomination into the MCU version? Those choices would have sold this wave for so many more people. That could have been one of the best waves of all time, but nope, they had to shoot themselves in the foot with their What If obsession. Couldn't even give us Thor or Widow to complete the team if for some reason What If figures are a requirement.

If Hasbro insists on the What If? figures, I'd rather they keep pumping out Zombies. While I'm looooooong tired of everything Zombie related, at least this subline can have a purpose.

I do admit I love the zombie Cap figure. Striking detail. The Wanda (outside of the hair) and Iron Man zombies underwhelmed. But they could almost make any preexisting figure into a zombie with little tooling. Then fans who want an alternate universe subline that doesn't have to integrate with their regular collection, then boom: Marvel Zombies

I think if content rumors are true and cuts at Disney are coming then Agatha will be a unique figure. In that, she is an example of Disney's hubris thinking fans will watch ANY show they put out and that she us getting a figure before they pulled back their vision a bit. I'm all for BETTER Marvel content. So if whiffs like Agatha, Moon Knight, Eternals, Shang Chi and I hate to say it because I want a new Legends of him, but Werewolf by Nigbt get axed so they can focus on enhancing the quality of their releases then so be it.

I assume that's the Happy Hogan buck, but I want to know for sure. I think the torso looks new. If he's the same height as Happy, he's too small. D'Onofrio is three inches taller than Favreau, and that buck is a bit undersized already.

Agatha is so damn cool! Wish she had the chains on her upper arms and the gold pins up the side of her torso! (like in the show) But i LOVE her!!!

Can’t wait to get that MoM Scarlet Witch, They gonna be bffs with their witch fingers!! 🔮

Gonna get KingPin and maybe Fury. Hate that Toy’R’us 3-pack one. Not so great articulation.

Well put, and underscore the 15 years of pinning this actor with the character. There really should have been a better effort. Its not a complicated look to pull off so you just have to wonder, why.

And there it is in a nutshell my friend. Thank you. There is such a thing as too much. They got too good in their own heads to fail. Of course when everything you've touched up to that point turns to gold i guess that happens. I'm all for introducing and utilizing as many Marvel characters as possible but just thinking they could pull just any hero that's seen any face time in the pages out and make them an instant sell was ridiculous. What they needed was a show to use as a vehicle to introduce as many characters as possible without actually having to commit to invest any time in any one until they could see how that character tracked with the fans. Something like DC's Legends of Tomorrow but without all the stupid stuff. The best thing they should have done is revamp the SHIELD series. They could have had numerous Marvel characters come in and out of those shows while SHIELD was investigation or tracking superhuman activity all around the world. Then they could have seen which characters or storyline tracked well with the audience and start developing them and eventually give them their own series. I know it sounds like a lot of time and effort but these days with social media fan reaction is almost instantaneous. It doesn't look like Clark Gregg's got all that much going down these days. He could have stuck with the series and even aged out of it for a very long time.

Finally this was will go up for Pre-Order, seems like it's taken awhile, while I generally have no interest, since this is movie/cartoon figures, I do still have a thing for that Yelena, but I gotta pass, this was a costume for her I really was hoping to see in plastic form.

I gotta say maybe it's just me, but that Gamora head looks weirdly tiny, I also still won't get out of my feelings that this was a poor choice in the BAF department and that there could have been a handful of better options that would have driven people to buy this wave to build the BAF, should have been Ravager Thanos, Laufey (people would have built that for a comic or mcu stand in) but really should have been Super Skrull Gravik, that would have been the most appropriate BAF for this wave.
