Captain America New World Order Changes Name To Brave New World - Plus A New Set Image

Marvel Studios today announced the name of the next Captain America movie has changed from "New World Order" to "Brave New World". You can also see a new set photo released by the studio showing Anthony Mackie in his updated Captain America suit along with Harrison Ford who will be playing General Ross.

LOL. Wow! Talk about two completely different names giveing off two completely different messages. I like this one better. The last one seemed kind of ominous and imposing.

I think Brave New World is the more terrifying title. I'm sure no one involved in this movie read the book....

I sincerely hope there is a battle on Air Force One and Ross gets to say “Get off my plane!”

Everytime I read ''Brave New World'', Iron Maiden's album comes to my mind (which is inspired by the book). Hopefully the movie is half as good as that, lol.

Wonder why the changed it? Not that it matters, secondary titles won't make or break the film.

If I had to guess, it's because they're worried about "New World Order" being connected to conspiracy theorists.

Am I the only person who liked NWO better? It’s just more pleasing to my brain I guess. More sinister and foreboding.

And I think it fits more with the movie. At least from what we know of.

Brave New World would be a nice, optimistic title if it hadn't already been used in a tongue-in-cheek way. I'm sure they were aiming at optimism, and most people will probably accept it at that level. I'd be super surprised if they went dystopian.

Yeah, BNW makes me think it's going to be a more optimistic and positive movie, which I guess fits with Sam's character as Cap so far. But based on the numerous villains and possible political corruption rumored for this movie, NWO would have made more sense.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking, too. NWO seems more fitting, but it is what it is I guess.

I read where they had some problems with Falcon/Capt A's previous cowl, but I'm sad they're ditching it. The white was a great call back to his comic book Falcon suit, and that white/red combo has become iconic to the Falcon. I actually thought this movie would have him go back to being the Falcon and re-set Steve.
