What is Rogue's effect even supposed to be?

well she can absorb others powers temporarily right? so it could be anything

Not a fan of that Mohawk Storm style either. I'm probably going to use my old Marvel Universe head on her then.

I dislike the Mohawk with this costume. Actually...I dislike the Mohawk altogether.  I understand what it represents in the comics and respect what Claremont was doing by making her stronger as a character and more in touch with her emotions...but they should give her a different costume altogether.

I wonder if the series will show her loss of powers in some way.  I could see that story being adapted with Forge and Gyrich.

I ordered the $22.99 Sentinel and the $34.99 X-Jet and they're supposed to be arriving tonight. I'll share my thoughts after I've opened them. The Sentinel was something I always intended to buy but made the X-Jet as an impulse purchase and could see myself regretting that.

Yesterday we told you how Amazon had in stock Hasbro's new line of 4" Marvel Epic Heroes figures and vehicles based on the upcoming Disney+ X-Men 97 Animated series . The first wave of figures include Wolverine, Cyclops and Rogue, plus there is a X-Jet vehicle with Storm and a 12" Titan Hero Sentinel.

Well now Hasbro's Steve Evans has revealed that their will be at least one more figure revealed which we will likely see next week during SDCC. I am thinking it is probably gonna be a villain character but I guess time will tell.

Well Gambit is prominently displayed on the front of the packaging… and considering the only other 4 that are also picture are already announced I’m going to venture it’s the Ragin’ Cajun’ 🫠

Hmm that Sentinel is growing on me. A nice way cheaper alternative than paying an arm and leg for the DoFP and BAF one

It should be a villain, so kids and appranetly would ahve at least one X-Villain to fight if they couldn't afford the Sentinel

This weekend we told you how Amazon had in stock Hasbro's new Titan Hero X-Men 97 Sentinel figure which is said to stand 14" tall. It has since sold out but now we have via spawntoys209 some in-hand images of that figure. It will eventually be available everywhere.

Great alternative for those (like me) who can't shell out hundreds of dollars on a single Sentinel. And he still towers over the 6" figures, which gives me the effect that I'm looking for. Good way to scratch that itch without breaking the bank. I just hope they'll be available at retail stores. I want the retail price.

I received the X-Men '97 Sentinel and X-Jet today. I haven't been able to let myself open the X-Jet yet, I'm convinced that it's going to be extremely tiny even for 1/18th scale figures and I might still return it. I did however open the Sentinel and I've attached some size comparison pictures for those who are interested. I apologize if they're a little dark, I didn't realize it until I went to post them here. I was worried that the Sentinel was going to be too close to the normal sized Titan Series figures to be worth the $20+ price tag, but he's slightly beefier. He stands almost exactly 14" tall and is just a touch broader than the standard Titan Series figures that I usually see for between $8-$12. He has the standard articulation of those figures though with only the shoulders and hip able to rotate and the head will turn to the left and to the right. The recent Secret Wars is the standard figure I chose to display for size comparisons, but keep in mind that he's about 6.5" tall. If I break down and open the X-Jet I'll post some similar pics of it.

that has been the popular guess

I think even the blurred pictured you can see part brown & pink from his costume

Just to clarify, that Doom figure is 6" scale? And the Sentinel that's towering over him is under $25?

One of the previous images shows him next to the Marvel Legends XTAS Morph, so yay, it gives you a good sense of how it will fit in.

Yep, you've got it! The Secret Wars Doom is 6.5" tall and the X-Men '97 Sentinel is 14" tall.

I purchased it from Amazon and had it within 48 hours, but they seem to be sold out now. I went ahead and pre-ordered 3 more from EE today with an estimated release date of August. I saw that BBTS has them available for pre-order as well.

The new Sentinel only has 5 points of articulation so movement is limited, but it's basically the same height as the Fin Fang Foom BAF as you can see in my photos. It's stands a little taller than the recent Super Adaptoid, Marvel Universe Giant Man and yellow Zyclops figures pictured. It's still shorter than the Toy Biz Sentinel BAF or the Marvel Universe DOFP Sentinels of course and only comes up to around the crotch of the HasLab (as shown). My Toy Biz BAF and MU Sentinels are packed away right now or I'd do comparison pics with those.

It's a good value for someone who doesn't have any Sentinels or who wants to do cheaper army building. Whether it's a great value is in question when the normal Titan series figures usually sell for $8-$12 and this isn't much bigger than those, but compared to the Retro card one (also pictured) that is 8" tall and cost basically the same price, it certainly is.... and of course it's less than 10% of what you would pay for the HasLab, Marvel Universe or Toy Biz BAF on the secondary market.

wow. didn't realize it was that big. I have the BAF, the 2 MU version and the Haslab so I won't be getting it but it's a nice idea for people who want an army.

Hopefully the Amazon Canada links go live soon.

These Sentinels will probably be my only Titan figures in my collection.

It was live, I managed to order one, it's coming tomorrow for me, I guess they just sold out on the Canadian website with a quickness, I have little fear these won't be really easy to come across.

If that's the case, I'll be very satisfied with it. $25 for a comic-accurate Sentinel that completely towers over the 6" figures seems VERY worth the price. It may not be as fancy as the HasLab version, but it's also nowhere near as expensive. This will scratch the itch I have to own a Sentinel for my 6" X-Men figures, without killing my wallet.

Nice. Hoping they also show up at Walmarts or TRUs locally.

yeah I'm sure they will, but either way the Amazon link is now fixed and is available again, however it's a higher price as of current and not ready to ship until Sept, I'd say keep waiting and this figure should be in stores soon, since it's actually out now.

This figure is a beast, it's a really good stand in, if you like me didn't back the Haslab, it's a good size, it towers over big figs nicely.

Weird that this thread with the last update 6 months ago is now showing up as the top / most recent story on marvelousnews.com homepage.

These are nice, though I picked up 5 of them, most of them when they got down to $14-$15 on Prime. I'm expecting that the Arcade Sentinels that are rumored for release will be half this size and still cost at least $25.
