As seen at Hasbro Pulse Con, Marvel Legends Series Detroit Steel is ready to wreak havoc on your collection! During Iron Man's absence from the public eye, rival Hammer Industries designs the Detroit Steel armor. Piloted by Lieutenant Doug Johnson, Detroit Steel becomes a menace for hire. Inspired by The Invincible Iron Man comics, the Detroit Steel figure stands at 9.2 inches (23.3 cm) tall and features 5 accessories including blasters with blast effects. Exclusively available on HasbroPulse beginning at 4:00pm ET for Hasbro Pulse Premium members and at 5:00pm ET for all fans.

Today we bring you coverage of the Marvel Legends panel from the 2023 Hasbro Pulse-Con event. Panel begins.

They are doing a fan vote of three but only one will be revealed today. The Red Widow from the Winter Guard.

Now going over the Haslab campaign for Giant Man. Right now it has 4,949 of the minimum 10k backers needed. He will have black and white antenna pieces. The eyes can be changed out with each faceplate. So you can mix and match the 3 different eyes with the three different faceplates.

Giant Man will be on display at the Marvel booth during NYCC. The limbs will be ratcheted similar to Galactus.

Now going over the Pulse-Con exclusive Detroit Steel.

Power Princess, Justice, Vison, Crystar - These are part of the first 2024 wave along with Savage Namor, Namorita, Classic Black Panther. The BAF is The Void. This wave will go up for pre-order on Oct 3.

No Way Home Wave - MJ, Matt Murdok with pin-less joints, Sandman, And All three Spider-Men figures with unmasked heads. The Tom one is based on the suit from the end of the movie. No BAF for this wave.

Also A deluixe Green Goblin. Also Deluxe Doc Ock With Bendy Tentacles. The two Deluxe figures go up for pre-order next week and the wave later today.

The Void wave looks amazing! I can't wait for that, really want that BAF, and PP, Namorita, Crystar, Justice are a must, Black Panther and Namor both look really good, I don't think I need them that bad, already have a ton of BPs and a Namor, but I'll buy whomever comes with BAF parts, Red Widow looks stunning and def in for that one, NWH wave looks good for what it is, happy for the people who wanted it forever, but all of that is a pass for me.

now I just hope that Detroit Steel doesn't sell out, since it goes up for order while I'm at work, so I'm hoping I get a chance when I get home.

OH MY GOD THAT NWH WAVE. I’m disappointed there’s no BAF and no Lizard or Electro but the rest of the figures are so goddamn good that at the moment I don’t even care. FINALLY THEY GAVE TOM THE PROPER ARTICULATION. MJ and Matt both look surprisingly good, so glad Matt got the brick hand. Sandman looks hilarious but accurate, idk why but I just realized he’s basically a Ken doll in the movie. Green Goblin and Doc Ock look excellent as well and I’m very happy to see that they actually did the unmasked heads for Tobey and Andrew, I guess this basically confirms no one has the rights to Andrew’s likeness rights from NWH so they have to use ASM2. It’s not 100% accurate but close enough for me.

Lilandra is a good bet since we've already heard of her rumored to be in a two pack with Wolverine for next year. Off the top of my head, the others aren't as likely. Mad Cap from a Deadpool figure wave some years back, and Wolf Cap, also from some time ago. Maybe he would have burst through his gloves and boots, revealing his werewolf style hands, feet and claws. I could see this as Hasbro seems to be working towards feral, hairy figures. I can see them using parts like this for Werewolf By Night, Moon Wolf and others of the ilk. We also had an Ultron head come with one of the retro card back Vision figures some years ago too, but we have gotten several great Ultrons since then, so that is hopefully out too. And Hydra Bob was an extra head in a Deapool wave too, but scratch that since we just got a full figure of him and Deadpool together at the Con this year.

As for Con exclusives, there a number I wouldn't mind getting. Hela would be awesome on the new Power Princess buck. I personally would love a better designed and articulated Bor, from that Asgardians box set. Then you have figures like Ghost and Satanna from the old Thunderbolts box set, they would be cool as well. I wouldn't mind a new 6 inch Goliath figure from that Ant Man Con box set either. And lets not forget we should finally get Black Bolt, Blastaar and Gladiator, all on new bucks, from the Thanos Imperative box set as well.

I few got to haves here. Red Widow for sure. Looks like they're taking on the Winter Guard. Maybe Perun which would be easy to make from the Thor model and Vostok are not too far behind. A better version of Red Guardian would be cool but not totally necessary. I'm so glad there wasn't a cool BAF for the NWH wave. I plan on just getting the 3 Spideys and be done. Though it does kind of suck that Lizard got the shaft. Detroit Steel and the full Void wave and I'm done.

Seriously, never even thought about these versions. Leave it to hasbo  to zing me like that. Fortunately, they did say classic Namorita is coming.

They said a convention exclusive. Gamora and the rest were a entertainment earth exclusive.

Namorita was the star of the show for me today. They did hint at a classic version coming soon though also, so it might be worth holding out for that one. 

Dwight teased at the end that the figure that had been released before as just an alternate head was X-related, so he was likely referring to either Lilandra or Wolfsbane - both of which were alluded to by Dave at Displaying Model Behavior recently as likely 2024 releases. The former con exclusive could be any number of characters, so who knows?!? I'll just guess Ka-Zar because I think that Dave mentioned him on his leaks also. The Red Widow looks cool but wasn't one that I was really hoping for. I'll still buy it, though. 

I'll buy the entire Void wave although I wish Savage Namor was the one that didn't come the the BAF part (instead of Black Panther), because I don't really want that version of Namor. 

I'm not really at all interested in the No Way Home stuff - but might still buy Matt and MJ as civilian figures. 

I'm excited to get my pre-order in for Detroit Steel! That's been a long time want for me!

Black Panther is the star of the show for me. I've wanted his MK look for a while, so this is great for me. The whole Avengers wave looks pretty good, and always nice to have another New Warrior.

The No Way Home figures look top notch for the most part. Green Goblin and Doc Ock in particular look very impressive. I am guessing the Andrew Garfield Spidey being labelled Amazing Spider-Man 2 is another licensing hitch similar to what Hot Toys went through. Did Garfield just not sign off on his likeness being used for No Way Home?

Ordered Detroit steel, Matt Murdock and the correct suit for 1 minute of 3 movies Spidey.

Really lookin forward to that Avengers set. Wrong suit indeed on Namorita. Wanted the human look with green suit for New Warriors, but this one is cool. Byrne series Namor!!!!!!!! So cool! Want everyone except Crystar, but he does look cool. And he lives in Weird world so hell. Void looks cool but not really pumped. Not a big fan. Pretty funny, when I need the baf I'm getting 2 to 4 figures I don't really want. When I want everyone, the baf isn't a must have. Collector problems huh?

Finally home from work and here are my thought:

• Savage Namor- Looking through some images I found online, This is based on a 90's version of the character. Looks good but out of this stellar wave it's the lower one.
• Namorita - Love love love this figure. We finally finish original New Warriors. 
• Black Panther - Nice to see they are remaking this one based on Priest's run of the book. I have the Toybiz one but it's great to see Hasbro replace it.
• The Void - when I intially heard the BAF was the Void I intially like eehhh. Then I saw the figure and was like "Sweet motherfu........Would you look at that figure!!!" it's insane. Whoever on Hasbro's team made that figure deserves a hefty bonus. All in for this wave.
• No interest in the NWH figure but I laugh when i saw the brick.
• Red Widow - Would you believe I actually asked for this figure just the other day? Delighted she is being made. More Winter Guard please.

As for the hint (based one rumors):

• Swapped Head - It's either Lilandra or Wolfsbane
• Con exclusive - I'm going with Ka-Zar.

I'm thankful I held off because of the leaks.

I noticed they also teased Electro and the Lizard after the reveals. I am guessing for another round of an Infinity Saga like program dedicated to older movies at a later date.

I think it's most likely Kazar.  The only option might be comic Hela.

Shown below and announced today at Hasbro Pulse Con 2023 is the new Hasbro Marvel Legends Series Spider-man No Way Home Green Goblin and Spider-man 2 Doc Ock Deluxe Figures. Pre-orders coming next week and as always stay tuned. Green Goblin comes with his Goblin Glider and Doc Ock has bendable sturdy tentacles.

Not real pleased with this lot. Certainly not the Namorita I would want, though they may be forgiven as apparently they hinted that a classic version was coming.  The comic wave, honestly only Vision and Justice interest me.  Not sure if I'm tempted because of the Void. It's not high on my list. 

For the Spiderman stuff, I'll get an MJ and maybe the Matt Murdock. 

Did I miss what the figures were that were only previously an alternative had and an exclusive?

I'm catching a lot of comments about this Namor. I would highly recommend checking out a trade of the 90s series. I loved it. John Byrne, Jae Lee, Namor....Nuff Said!
