Hasbro 1027 Event Announcment

Oooo yeah they pretty much nailed exactly what I had wanted for a Scarlet Spidey redo. Yes!! JOL is looking quite nice too, if I must say so myself. I was worried about that one 😅

These are nice but as one of Everyone Else there's not all that much there that I'd be upset if I don't get them. If they're still there I'll get Jackie O and I assume what is Scarlet Spider on the new Spidey model. These are the kind of reveals I like. Good to have but not absolutely necessary.

Awesome update on Jack O'Lantern, I will be getting him for sure. The others aren't really of interest to me, but always happy for those that have been waiting for them.

Getting 2 of each of these. I'm so happy that the proper retro cards are back and with 3 characters I've been wanting to see. I'm glad they reinstated a free shipping threshold since I'm not premium anymore.

Pulse Exclusives! Ugh, with that being the news, I might just pass for now and wait and see where these might turn up here in Canada, I've been constantly burned this year by "pulse exclusives" that I think I won't get a chance at getting elsewhere, and paying the massive exchange rates and shipping only to find the figures come out here in Canada, really considering just waiting it out, I'm tired of paying scalper prices from a non scalper, I really do want that Jack & Ben, but I guess If I can never get em, I do already have them.

While I'm not a fan of the Scarlet Spider showing midriff, I have to say that it's a smart move on Hasbro's part to go with that visual so they can just make the hoodie an overlay that barely limits articulation.

Random thought, but this also means you could grab some scissors and cut the hoodie even higher. Crop top Scarlet Spider lol

Ooof. Just want Jack o Lantern. He looks really nice. But hate that he's a Pulse exclusive. Can't think of anything I need to grab with him for free shipping.

I get why they are doing another Scarlet Spidey, seems every previous one is stupid expensive now. But wow, they have really found a way to limit the articulation on a character known for wild poses. I don't have a better idea, but these hard overlays... have never been a fan.

I guess thats always been a problem having plastic look like fabric. 

Classic Jack is great. I forgot they made his updated look a few years back. I'll probably grab him as I absolutely need a guy with a lighted pumpkin as a head.

They other Spideys I'm not so sure. I've owned the last two Scarlet Spideys but sold both.

No no no. They aren't pulse exclusive. They will be going up for retail on Monday.

They look great for the most part, Jack is the least problematic one for me, Last Stand Spidey has really skinny and spindly arms especially compared to very thick legs which doesn't make much sense proportions wise, Scarlet Spider is interesting but it ultimately will depend what kind of red and what kind of plastic shine it has which can make that figure either look great or really cheap.

Jack is an instant buy. I'll get both spideys as well, but will use last stand as ezekial sims like he was in the original spider verse.

Wait I'm confused. So these aren't going to be pulse exclusives? JayC said t the top of the post that they were exclusive to Pulse going up at 5 for premium and 6 for everyone else. Was that just a mistake? Its better for me that way.

Good suggestion! Hybrid, Overdrive and Stegron are probably my most wanted Spidey-verse characters at this point.
