Hopefully this aren't THE reveals for tomorrow's Hasbro Pulse Fanstream. 

Maybe they'll lead off with X-Men '97 figures and transition to other reveals.

Glad for anyone that finds a figure or two (or the whole wave) that they want. 👍

X-Cutioner and Goblin Queen are must gets for me. While Kurt is my favourite X-men I have the previous version, so I'll just wait for the eventually Uncanny Spider-Man figure.

The only thing wrong with this wave is that it would have been perfect for a great BAF. Like Cameron Hodge or Trevor Fitzroy. Or better yet a Nemesis update.

There's something about this line that doesn't quite vibe with me. I think the sculpts look good and the quality of the figures is there, I'm just not in a rush to go out and pick them up. I've actually been waiting for them to give us a repaint of the Cyclops VHS figure and it seems like this is it, however, something seems off about the heads. I may pick up the Goblin Queen though. Overall, a nice offering but one I'll probably pass on.

Except they mightnt be in the series. This is for the cartoon and even having maddie and xcut is pushing spoiler territory

I thought they said this line was supposed to include characters from both the old and new animated series. That's why I included Cameron and Trevor. Wasn't sure about Nemesis but with a little research I found out he wasn't. Strange though. I almost remember seeing an animated version of him somewhere.

No no. All these characters are from the new series. Hence the 97 name.

These are really nice. I'm definitely getting Magneto. X-Cutioner is cool. Nice to have another obscure villain. He can join the Reavers.

Does the Goblin Queen look similar to her Mutant X style? Maybe close enough. I'm trying to remember. I think she had a purple costume and midriff top, so maybe not.

They all look so young! Scott and Jean especially. It's funny.

I don't really care about the comic accuracy of that Goblin Queen, I love it, that figure is beautiful, I really can't wait to get that, it's certainly the most desired figure from this wave for me, Happy to even get a chance at any Maddy figure at this point, but I really like it, X-Ecutioner is a maybe..still on the fence, I always wanted an X-ecutioner figure, but I'm not sure if this passes as a comic version, it has some elements that make me feel it might, but Overall it's missing something, but probably will end up getting it, That Cyclops is really something...I always felt like I was perfectly cool with the Jacketed Cyclops (because I love that look for him), but I may have to get this one. Rest of the wave are easy passes for me, Already have those guys in comic form.

I ask you now Hasbro, where Professor X at? I desperately need a Professor X....

In space, recovering from his injuries from the final episode of the original series. When he returns, it won't be until at least half way through the series. Probably when mags turns evil again.

Well I just demand we get a new figure, since I don't have a Professor X and it irks me to no end, I just really hope we actually get one, because this is the opportunity, we are overdue for another Professor X, I'm not counting that stupid HoX one...ick.

If we do get an X-men 97 Xavier, he will probably be walking (hopefully in a version of his X-Men Costume)

Goblin Queen looks great. We're probably not getting the comic version anytime soon, so this could do double duty in my comic display as well. Same with Magneto's trial look there. 

They suggested during the livestream there'll be a wave 3, so hopefully we get Sunspot, Jubilee and Cable there!

there has to be a wave 3. they haven't finished the main cast yet. I say depending on the reception on the series, it could because another line like the D+ line.

Would be really cool if we get Mystique with all the new articulation in the third wave of '97. It would be even more awesome if she gets that lower inverted crunch as well, and yes maybe she doesn't "really need" it since in comics and cartoons she's not as agile as she is in og fox movies but still would be great addition.

Oh well I hope not, I know it sounds really horrible, but I don't want no walking Professor X, but I guess if that's all they gave us I'd make due and find some ebay wheelchair accessory.

Given he was dying at the end of the show and going to Sh'iar space. I'm betting they are going with the whole clone body idea like they did in the comics.

The new Hasbro X-men 97 Marvel Legends Series Wave 2 figures featuring Magento, Jean Grey, Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Goblin Queen and X-Cutioner. which we first saw back in December look to be going up for pre-order this coming Thursday (2/1), starting at 1pm ET.

These will be available at places like our BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth.. These should also be available on Amazon as well.

I'm still debating if I will get them all or just the three. I mean most of them work perfectly for comic figures.

Wow I almost forgot about these. It's been so long I thought I already had these on pre-order. I'm pretty excited about these. Especially the new Jean and the Goblin Queen similar person. I want to be excited for the X-Cutioner but he looks to be a bit on the teeny tiny side. Somewhere around the size of the Fist Ninja from the Midnight Suns wave. I'll still get him though. A new character is a new character after all. And one can only assume the price on him will only go up regardless of his height status. I can do without docile Kinder and Gentler Magneto but that is who he was when I was first saw him in older comics. So I'll get him for old time's sake. This Nightcrawler is better than the first one. And he looks more comic than animation so I'll need him. I do like the eye beams on Cyke and that is the only reason I'll be getting yet another figure of him. Man how long did it take them to figure that whole situation out? Seems like such an elementary thing that should have been done like 20 years ago. Right? I guess at least we didn't have to wait until they did Deluxe set to get that effect.
