Check out new variant covers for Jed MacKay and Ryan Stegman’s X-MEN #1, on sale July 10.

New York, NY— May 24, 2024 — On July 10, the first launch in the X-Men’s new From the Ashes era arrives—Jed MacKay and Ryan Stegman’s X-MEN #1! Today, fans can see two all-new variant covers for the hotly anticipated issue by acclaimed cover artists John Tyler Christopher and Peach Momoko.

In the wake of Krakoa’s fall, Cyclops leads a new team of X-Men in Alaska. Mutant business is their business as they battle on the frontlines for the destiny and philosophy of the species. Joining Scott are two of his most loyal allies and fellow former Krakoan War Captains—Magik and Psylocke! Both mutant warriors will have plenty of opportunity to unleash their blades and explosive powers as the team’s first mission is to destroy whatever remains of the anti-mutant supervillain group Orchis!

See them both now on the new variant covers and preorder X-MEN #1 at your local comic shop today. Stay tuned next week for the premiere of the X-MEN #1 trailer. For more information, visit Marvel.com.

Man TC has really come into his own. At first his really crisp yet unrealistic detail on those action figure based covers was a little much for me but after he started venturing out past that I'm really starting to appreciate his work. Contrast that with Peach's work. It's just out of place. It doesn't match it's source. That belongs with Manga and the sort. I am a Manga fan. Much more these days I prefer it to the moder day drivel of today's western comics but the attempt to merge Manga art with Western comics is just futile. The only way Wesren comics is going to change is to get rid of the current infestation of clown show writers and editors and get back to good stories.
