Shown below via itsdanwho and hero.collections are some figures Hasbro was showing off at the In Demand Toys booth during this weekend's summer MCM London Convention. All the figures shown where ones that have been previously announced and still available at places like our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth.

This includes the Astonishing X-Men Wolverine, Superior Spider-Man, Iron Fist & Luke Cage Two-Pack. Also shown was the Target exclusive Warbird figure which saw pre-orders sell out in seconds.

Carol, Superior and Cage look really good here, even better than promo pics. I hope target site will be well stocked with Warbird when figure hits, sadly, I can easily see her figure shooting towards 60 bucks right away if there's shortage...

Warbird and Superior Spider-Man look downright amazing. Not loving Cage and Fist as much as I hoped. Need to see more pics, but Cage looks oddly proportioned (too short?), and that abrupt cutoff to the open chest area on Fist's costume looks weird in these pics. Wolverine looks good. Just don't like that head sculpt as much as some others we've seen recently.

weird they picked IDT for this when that store goes behind their backs to get figures we usually can't get over here.

and who sometimes reveal products before Hasbro do.

Still, Superior looks great and I'll be getting him, still passing on the others

Is funny that at this point, the one we know is a "secure sold out" (Astonishing Wolverine) is the less impressive

Unless there's a comic-based reason for it to look like it does, I have to say that unmasked Wolvie head looks less and less impressive the more I see it. Honestly looks like a guy in cosplay who has a passing resemblance to Logan and then grew out his sideburns to try to pull off the full look.

That's an excellent description. It does look off....but I think they were trying to replicate John Cassaday's rendition of Logan. If so, I give them points for trying to be accurate But I agree, whether they were or not, its just not an impressive look.

Seems to be an issue Hasbro has in replicating the comic artwork. Kind of like how the Astonishing X-Men Emma Frost head turned out too.

Cage's head looks really big here, but might be the angle, also oohh la la does that Superior Spidey look so good, I kinda wish I pre-ordered it the more I see it, but meh, gonna resist, Iron Fist and Carol are also looking super nice, I'm excited about those 2, and it's probably not just me, but Wolverine's headsculpt is wackadoozle, Like why? no good, but it doesn't matter since I have zero interest in that figure, Hulkbuster looking cool, but still wishing it wasn't this Model, and was the classic look, but whatever whatever.

Sadly, considerable number of Legends suffer from big head syndrome, Sabretooth, Daredevil (both 3 pack and Vhs) and Ultimate Cap are the latest examples of that, it's not critical issue but it does make figures look less impressive and imposing, especially when it comes to big guys and in case of Daredevil it makes him look outright puny even though body itself is pretty muscular. But I was glad when Hydra Cap received shrank down Ultimate Cap head, which shows there's consideration for that.

This figure is almost perfect, I say almost because for the first time in Legends history they managed to make crotch piece look like a diaper thanks to high cut torso swivel placement, it really ruins perfection this figure is, you can of course easily argue you gonna have this figure posed and all that but still this doesn't excuse why such mind boggling decision was made, It gives me 70s high waisted jeans vibe....

Is the body mold the same one Hasbro used for the Iron Spider?

Nope, they do kinda have similar look and maybe they had same working base in digital sculpting application at some point but it's two different sculpts.

That's surprising coming from Hasbro but that's surprising in a good way.
