Looks fantastic, but boy is she tiny! I actually prefer the more statuesque proportions of the Moonstone buck, tbh, but this is still glorious. I like that they went with flesh toned plastic for the legs and then painting black over it, instead of the reverse ala the previous version. Definitely going with the more sultry expressioned/ 80s hair headsculpt on mine!

And man, given the comparison pics, how I would love to see Scarlet Witch on an updated body too!

I'm still perturbed that this (and retro card Carnage) sold out so quickly on Target.com. I'm hoping to find both in store when they get released later this month. This is still and will likely always be my favorite costume for Carol. I still have the Toy Biz version but missed the last version that Hasbro did.

I always liked the Moonstone buck and this older Carol, but seeing them side by side, oh no that 3 pack Warbird is really looking outdated in comparison.

this figure does look pretty tiny as well, seeing her amongst other figures she seems kinda out of scale, but it's still a really lovely figure, I'm happy to see an update, as I was never able to get that 3 pack figure.

She shouldn't be smaller than Black Widow, sheesh. Man, I was POed about her selling out so quick, might be a blessing in disguise. Unfortunately, the TB version doesn't really hold up anymore, those shoulders, but that's the last one I have. But this costume is my favorite too, so I still might have to get it anyway. It did go from a must have to a maybe based on these comparisons.

I think on its own it's a fantastic figure but I do agree with statement about the size, she should be bigger than Black Widow, reworked Power princess body mold would be better option since without platform shoes feet she's actually slightly taller than Retro Spidey mold, which makes sense since she's 5' 11 in comics. However, what I really wish Hasbro did was more muscular and defined arms, I think it would be proper for them to reuse new double jointed arms from Spider-Woman/Moonstone, I'm definitely gonna kitbash that myself if I'm lucky enough to get that figure...

Much thanks to Dan W for the side by side. From the too short stature to the teeny tiny head sculpt I am now happy to say I won't be wasting a single minute trying to track this thing down. Again great for the people who missed out on the first one. It was super difficult to find. But that one is the superior one. Sure this one has more articulation. But it's completely unnecessary IMO. And maybe the older one is a little bit on the shiny side. But maybe she's just sweaty from vanquishing villains and what not. And Carol should not be smaller than Black Widow. She's not just shorter she's overall just smaller. Much more slight. And that's not cool. This body model seems to be the same one they will be using for the new Phoenix figure as well. And if that's the case I will be comfortably happy to not spend my money on that one either. Hasbro is doing some good stuff lately but they're also doing a lot of stuff like this. Nice face printing and added articulation are not always an improvement. But then again it's always great to save some money every once in a while.

Not to over-stress this, but according to the stats for Ms Marvel ( Carol) she's supposed to be 5' 11"----Black Widow is supposed to be 5'7". There's figures should be swapped in height.
Captain America is supposed to be 6'2" or 6'6" depending on the source reference. It's not so much the height though, as it is the PROPORTIONS.  Her head and body size are like a teenager's, and she's NOT Kamala Khan.  I know, I know.......it's not the end of the world.  It's a great sculpt, she's a character I really love the look for, but this one is just a let-down.  C'est la vie.

Damn, that height is ridiculous.  The one with her sandwiched between Power Princess and She-Hulk really brings it home.  Strange choice on Hasbro's part.  Still going to search high and low once this releases, though.

Yet ANOTHER ridiculous choice by hasbo. On the other hand its consistent in the fact that they always seem to have different heights for this particular character. Regardless of her outfit, she should still have more or less the same height and body proportions.

I swear it seems sometimes they go out of their way to irritate their customers....
