Amazon Exclusive Marvel Legends Rogue and Destiny 2-Pack Pre-Order This Coming Week

Hasbro's Dan Yun has revealed that we will see the recently announced Amazon Exclusive Marvel Legends Rogue (Early Run Green Outfit) and Destiny 2-pack will be going up for pre-order sometime this coming week. No word on which day but when those details become available we will be sure to let you know.

I'm looking forward to having Destiny. She will easily be among my top figures of the year. I hate that Rogue though. I'll have to see if I can figure out something to use that body as a custom for.

This Destiny figure looks great! Not in a rush to pick this set up right away but I could see myself doing so a bit down the line. Very cool!

Love this 2 pack, Destiny is the selling point, but I want that Rogue as well, I want all the Rogue costumes and easily this one is so important, I'm just hoping unlike recently with the Cabal pack Amazon Canada actually puts it up, because that Cabal pack is still M.I.A. in Canada which bugs me a heck of a lot.

I'm sure we'll be getting some better images when this set goes up for pre-order but I'm getting a bad feeling we're going to be getting that illogical ball joint waist female model for this Rogue. It would make perfect Hasbro Brain sense as the tunic overlay would seriously hinder any ab crunch or diaphragm joint. Which in turn would make this figure not only too short but also very narrow shoulders to make her look either like a child or even worse make her look like a waif which is definitely not Rogue's style. Especially in those early days when she was teetering on that choice between Villain or Hero fence.

Only care for Destiny and even then she probably won't come with everything she should. I would still have preferred a new Mystique

I hear you. Once again its the whole thing of finally FINALLY getting the figure you've wanted, but then they sabotage it. Its baffling that the same company that could do a figure like Spiral to perfection and then.....

Following up from yesterday's story, Hasbro's Dan Yun has updated us to say the new Amazon Exclusive Marvel Legends Rogue and Destiny 2-Pack will be going up for pre-order this week on July 11th. He didn't give a time but likely it will go up at 1pm ET. If we hear of an updated time we will be sure to update you here.

Dan also states that this item is an Amazon exclusive in other regions but there will probably be a delay on when it goes live depending on the market.

I'm worried that these will, be bare bones in terms of accessories. So, no Crossbow, or young and old heads for Destiny

It's a gamble either way. I always pre-order everything that I want and then usually end up watching it go much cheaper later - but it's extremely rare that I ever have to pay secondary market prices for anything that way.  We do know that that Hasbro's production runs are being reduced, so that might make it less likely to be marked down later. Who knows, really. It could easily go either way. I'd lean towards this not selling out fast as I don't believe this is most people's mind's eye version of Rogue (like the X-Men '97 and retro card versions) and while Destiny has been highly desired in collectors' circles, it won't surprise me if this isn't a hot seller. I plan to pre-order it but I certainly wouldn't fault anyone for waiting for a sale on this particular 2-pack. Right now I've got Destiny as my 3rd favorite figure shown this year so far behind only the deluxe Phoenix and X-Men '97 Goblin Queen, so I'm definitely jazzed for it. I will likely sell off the BoM Rogue or use it for custom fodder, though.

With production runs being smaller I know it's a gamble. But it just seems Amazon Exclusives usually aren't smaller runs. I think I might just wait to preorder until Prime Day to at least see if it's on sale then, it's less than a week after it drops.

I know a lot of people are disinterested, but I'm super excited to be adding a Destiny to my collection.  I don't care if I don't need yet another Rogue.

Prime always seems to adjust pre-order prices down if they ever go lower before release, if that helps. That has been my experience at least.

This two pack I will be ordering this week. Having said that, it does seem like a big missed opportunity to give us a Mystique on a proper buck. I do like the original outfit rogue wore in her first appearance, so its not a total waste in my opinion. Still need Hasbro to make us a decent Mystique though.

Honestly since they've been doing re-releases on previous exclusives, I suspect they're going to get around to doing the Walgreens one at some point.  Whether they upgrade it or not is questionable to say the least.

I really wanted it to be Destiny/Mystique two pack, cannot say I have high need for this Rogue but I'm definitely getting Destiny either way but I do wonder why they didn't reuse Warbird's legs because there's some comics art where Destiny does have similar thigh high boots.

Damn that's alot of empty space. I'm not one of those that need alot of accessories about an alternate for rogue would have been nice.

Not sure why Destiny has the ridge on her helmet as it was just rounded when she first appeared. I think a crossbow would have been a nice touch from when she tried to kill Senator Kelly. Though I complain a bit, I am really glad to be getting this character.  

I have always wanted that Rogue and I'm super pumped to be getting her finally!

So in for destiny alone …that rouge while good isn’t for me probably gonna sell that off to recoup some funds but to those that want her I’m glad they made it
