It's not Tony.

Yep, I know that it's supposed to Rhodey... but isn't. 😜 I'm getting it as pinless 80's Iron Man, not necessarily as Rhodey Secret Wars Iron Man. It's Tony's likeness on the shield so for me it's Tony.

These were fun but didn't see anything that grabbed my wallet. The pinless Cap and Iron Man are great but they're gonna get done again by next year (at some point they're gonna darken/shadow Cap's mask for example). Funny how they explained that they "know" that's supposed to be Jim in the armor, but they referred to him as Tony.

It was too much to ask for that at least a stab was made at completing either the Guardians or the Starjammers. Once again, the same ol same with minor tweaks here and there. But at least you guys got your Beyonder and Titania (even with that "T" she never had). Oh and did I see that ROM was coming along?

That little animated action was nice. Nice touch!

That is the Classic Iron Man I've been waiting for. Pinless and with rollerskates.

Just wish they stopped giving his unibeam and energy effects that blue tint that they didn't have prior to the MCU, but at least the unibeam is not as blue as in the A.I. Tony figure. Regardless, the pinlessness and the rollerskates were my biggest wants. I can let the other inaccuracies slide.

Golly, I might end up buying four of these. One to replace the 80th Anniversary one, one to replace the body of the A.I. Tony figure, one to keep MIB next to my MIB OG Secret Wars Iron Man, and one to play around with as a desk buddy.

I suspected Hasbro was going to get me to buy characters I already own due to the addition of pinless tech, but I am glad that it is more than that with Cap (love the additional heads and broken shield), and Wolverine (both head sculpts are fantastic, and it is a different color scheme). Wish the Ironman was the gold and darker red like the 80th Anniversary version, but I will still pick it up because of the pinless tech. Titania and Beyonder are damn good additions to the line. They knocked it out of the park with this Secret Wars release. And NIGHTCRAWLER!!!!  Damn good reveals!

That IS weird isn't it! Why not just make it yellow??  🤦‍♂️

I think the day is coming when they make those rollerskates with actual rolling wheels.

Price for the Secret Wars are gonna be 24.99

Thank God that rumor was wrong! I am super excited for Beyonder and Titania, but woulda been very annoyed to pay 35 for Titania with barely any accessories. I knew there'd be a black suit Spidey, and he looks amazing, but I can't say I'm excited or anything. Want the Wolvie, which I can't believe with all of them I've passed on recently. Will probably get that Cap. Gotta see a side by side with the last couple. But he's the character I'm always a sucker for. Gonna pass on the IM, although I do like the rollerskates. Any pics good enough to see the eye holes to clear up this Rhodey or Tony debate?

Back in the 80s when the original figures were released, Mattel used Stark's face for the lenticular but on the cardback, they did identify Rhodes as Iron Man (pilot). 40 years later, the hasbo faces referred to him as "Iron Man" but did say they knew Rhodes is wearing the armor at this time period. However they've eliminated the Rhodes info.  Maybe they should've just added a Rhodey head, or put his face on the lenticular this time.

Yeah I was never buying any of these at $35.00. Likely not gonna get them at $24.00 either, but that's because outside of Titania there's nothing new here. Beyonder is cool for nostalgia but theres no interest in getting him.

I'm only really hyped for Titania, yes it sucks it covered with paint but at least sculpt is there and its actually really well sculpted figure, I prefer that approach to whatever in the name of anatomy black costume Emma Frost was, at least here you can touch up the paint  while with Emma you needed all new sculpting. That VHS Spidey is almost great but they had to ruin it with these horrible small low shoulders with tremendous gaps... It's shame hasbro could really revitalize that Sunfire body with new shoulders but even in pinless form they prefer not to...

Symbiote Suit on the Amazing Fantasy body....yes! Never been happier to see a Legends reveal, that is exactly what I was hoping to see from this wave. Of course...that Cap is also superb and I might pick that one up too just for the hell of it. Also...I opted to skip the Animated Spider-Man line, but I'm beginning to regret it. That Vulture looks incredible.

...ah man...so excited. It honestly looks like the best Legends black suit Spidey ever created. Highly likely I get one for the Spidey suit side and one for the symbiote side of my collection. Already dying to pose it with the Knull Venom.

I think it's funny that they went out of their way to replicate the deco of the Wolverine figure to make it less accurate to the comics but more accurate to the original toy, but they went the opposite route for the Iron Man figure, making it inaccurate to both the comics and the original toy.
