Marvel Legends Pre-Order Schedule For August 2024, Plus Another Reveal Coming Next Week?!?

In my opinion there are about 25 absolute must-have's for any Legends collection, and that includes Doctor Strange. I like the paint apps and cape best on this version of Strange, but I would have preferred a non-possessed head. Hopefully the previous version can be swapped and still look okay against the lighter colored neck. And the Wong figure is fantastic.

Seeing those different colored effects makes me want to see some more colors for some other MCU Strange variants. Purple for Sinister Strange, light blue for Defender Strange and red for Strange Supreme. 

I really wish they had taken the opportunity of less MCU content this year to give us more Phase 4 stuff. We desperately need MOM wave 2, redos of Shang-Chi and Wenwu with effects, Lizard and Electro, Midnight Angels, etc.

I don't mind the price for the Strange/Wong set. $25 a piece with a fair amount of plastic is just the right spot. But something like the Rogue/Destiny set with 2 undersized figures and n practically no accessories is a little skimpy.

Oh I can see them doing another Wong and Clea too before long. They're a staple of Dr. Strange's cast, and it wouldn't shock me at all to see a 2 pack with Wong and Dr. Strange's 1969 masked "superhero" costume for example.

I've ordered Rogue/Destiny ,

Dr. Strange/Wong , the Strange Tales wave , Man Thing , Hulk Buster , Odin , and have got most of the figures released in 2024. 

I haven't ordered Deaths Head yet . It's back up on Hasbro Pulse .

I'm not sure I'll get it because I was never a fan .  2024 has been one of the best years for a Marvel Legends Collector ( MLC ) , and one of the worst years for a MLC wallet .

Honestly, the more I look at this set, the more I'm considering picking it up. I think I like the paint applications on this strange better and it looks like the cape sculpt is different too. I'd be interested to see what the Walmart exclusive head sculpt looks like on this body.

Would likely pick up the Punisher if it were a single, but zero interest in "Bushwhacker". And that's been the case with a number of 2-packs this year, unfortunately.

I gotta say I didn't know much about Bushwhacker, but I had some old comics with him in it and got to say cool villain. Seeing him gives me hope for a lot of other figures I never would of thought we could get.

Funny, I really want Bushwacker (never been made character) and am a bit miffed at having to buy another Punisher. I still feel like that Walgreens version was pretty definitive, and I love the one that Came with the motorcycle. This one is different, but not makin me really want to get it. But Bushwacker looks awesome!

Definitely picking this Punisher 2-pack up. I like this updated Punisher and getting a new villain is always a plus.

I'd buy this 2-pack just for Bushwacker honestly, but I could really use a new pinless Punisher anyway as I've been rolling with the Riders version that came with the helmet and motorcycle. The only thing I'm frustrated by is that I know that they're going to turn around and re-paint this Punisher in a costume with the usual white accents within 6 months and I wish that they had just included that version in this 2-pack to begin with. Worse yet that classic Punisher will probably be in a BAF wave that I have to buy to complete the BAF anyway...  I am so, so tired of repurchasing the same characters over and over for 20+ years now.

No real interest in this 2 pack. I'm happy with my retro Punisher and never was interested in Bushwacker

I would get it just for the weapons, man! Oh man they can't come out with a classic Punisher on this new body fast enough; the Hyperion body for the previous retro figure literally gets more dated by the min.

anyways this is a set I'm really looking forward to I really want Bushwacker since he's a new character, but my I love that Punisher, I didn't think I needed anymore Punishers since I think the Vintage one is super excellent, and I also have that face paint one which I love, but I'm a big Punisher fan and I love this look for him so I'm excited to get both of these figures, NGL if these were 2 single releases I'd maybe skip Punisher despite liking it so much.

OMG! I didn't really see it at first. But now I can't unsee it. The thing is it's actually pretty comic accurate. Kudos to Hasbro for that attention to detail and wow was I surprised they took that extra step and did the pistol finger. I have the definitive Punisher with the Walgreens Jim Lee-esque one but there's no question that I'm getting this set. I do feel like the Punisher is going to come in a little bit on the small size so I'll most likely sell it off but there was never really a chance he was going to unseet my current one in the first place.

Hyperion body was awful for sure, but Punisher was on the Grim Reaper body.  I like this new one a lot, but it will be interesting to see how he compares to the Grim Reaper version  in terms of scale. I prefer the design with the white boots and gloves...kinda wish they would have done him on the latest Nick Fury body from the three pack, but we'll see how it turns out.

that wasn't the Hyperion body. That was the Cap-wolf body.

Like the Punisher figure a lot. Kind of indifferent towards the Bushwacker figure and character. May get this just for the Punisher though.

That Punisher looks a lot better in these new pics than it did in the boxed shots. I just hope he scales right. It looks like a whole new body model. Maybe a Reaper sized model with butterflies? I sure hope so but would it not be typical for Hasbro right now to do another Vulcan or Sunfire sized model when they have so many resources on hand during this lapse in MCU product they have to exhaust funds on? Bushwacker looks to be on a version of the model used on Punisher from the Riders set which is great because it is a good model that I was having trouble thinking of another figure that could use that body. Those biceps are a perfect representation for his literal guns. And while I'm glad to see they gave him regular hands and arms I'm a lot disappointed they didn't include a regular head sculpt. Still a great figure and a great set and more Punisher is way better than no Punisher. Someone needs to let Marvel Comics in on that little tidbit of information.
