Xavier looks very code 69. I'm sorry. But that headsculpt is unsettling.

The unmasked head looks like in belongs on a Dark Chuck/The Entity figure

It is an odd face sculpt. I think he's supposed to be happy but it comes off more Joker style creepy to me. As far as the rest of the figure. Other than the fact that he's clearly been taking advantage of the superior Shi'ar health and wellness plan it's really nothing special. It works for what it is. Typical WM exclusive stuff.

Honestly hate that unhelmeted head sculpt it's creepy and bad, not sure what vibe is trying to convey either way sometimes I wonder who green lights these things, Helmeted head looks good, figure is good, figure is also not really something that I need personally, but did I buy it because I needed an Xavier yes, and it's cool for what it is, but then the day I get this they announce pre-orders for the Xavier I want..and now this feels like a I don't care that much purchase. 

This does look really nice with Lilandra though, the two do compliment each other.

that's usually an indication that it's a third party seller.

I thought so too, but it's still listed as sold by Wal-Mart. (The $60+ venom is 3rd party) @tarot
