I hope it's a BAF wave, I feel like we just keep getting less and less of those every year, because they love Carded waves, but I'm getting to the point I'm missing BAFs and I need more weirdo characters and BAF waves is where we get those.

Agreed. Part of me wouldn't miss buying one to three figures I don't want or barely want for a baf, but the other part loves putting that figure together! I can only think of a few bafs I wasn't happy with, mostly the little bafs and regular figure bafs. But it does really seem like they are phasing them out with the amount of deluxe figures and retro sets.

I agree. I believe that you're 100% correct on this. I can't remember if they did this last year too but I remember them showing us the retro card wave with Hallow's Eve in it last year over NYCC weekend. I'm expecting that's likely what we'll get here too, a retro card Spider-Man wave. We know at least 3 of those characters already, Spider-Boy, Chameleon and whatever that animated Spider-Man with the gauntlet is. There are new rumored figures of Kaine and Miles coming also, so they'll probably be in this wave too.

We'll probably get one of the other guys' picks that they had us vote on last time also when they showed us X-Force Nightcrawler. I won't be at all surprised if it's another X-Force character. That's about all that I'm expecting this weekend. However they keep teasing a "big announcement about the future of Marvel Legends" that has me as much nervous as excited. I feel like the last time they did that it was the launch of the 3.75" Marvel Universe line. I just hope it's not that they're partnering with another company like they recently did with Power Rangers. Ugh.

I do hope they show the next deluxe "Dragon Man" style offering is going to be also, though. They seemed to hint at that heavily last time. I also hope it's a character that has never been made before. I'm kind of expecting that this will be where the Mephisto tease comes into play.

I'm not sure there is much they can announce that will interest me if that leak is accurate. I just want Psylocke and Moonstone/Ms. Marvel.

We are bringing you coverage of the Marvel Legends portion of the Hasbro 1027 event as it happens.

They showed the Sentinel and Captain America: Brave New World figures they showed already but also announced a new Dark Avengers Warbird that will be on the new pin-less body. The figure will go up for pre-order at places like our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth. It will go up on November 7 at 1pm ET. They also suggested Warbird could have other parts included with it.

They also teased we can expect more Dark Avengers characters in 2025.

For the X-Men 97 Made to pre-order Sentinel they talked about the torso joint which will be able to pivot at the waist and have a soft-flexible belt. They also said the tentacles from the Haslab Sentinel will fit on this new Sentinel and the blast effects from this one will work with the Haslab Sentinel. You have until November 26th to pre-order this and will not be charged until it actual ships in October 2025. Each hand will have 25 points of articulation and total will have around 80. It will have thigh cuts in the final model. They will be adding different levels of textures applied to different color breaks as well similar to what we have seen with Giant Man.

Jesse also mentioned something about a Marvel Legends Red Brick wave that will feature a Build-A-Figure that will also have texturing used on it. Red Brick is likely a code name but something to look forward to in 2025.

They also once again teased more X-Men97 figures are coming.

Crazy how this seems to be at least a fan channel release while the Ms. Marvel Warbird was a Target Exclusive.

I also wonder if this will be properly sized unlike Warbird.

99% sure it's the same body.  And the size issues on Ms. Marvel are exaggerated. She's not that small when compared to newer Legends figures.

I know that this was a big want for a lot of people, so I'm happy for them. This does nothing for me though and is an easy pass. I'm someone who only collects one costume per character and this costume isn't among my Top 2 favorites for either Carol or Karla. I would have much rather had a character that had never been done before, personally. I kind of wish that this had been the Target exclusive rather than Warbird Carol that I had to pay double retail for on ebay.

That's it? Man, that's disappointing. Last year between MCM and 1027 we got a full retro wave, I was at least hoping for more than 1 reveal today.

LOL, when you guys act surprised by the number of reveals being low I have to scratch my head. Of course it was only 1 reveal. They revealed 3 yesterday, 1 last week and will have something more next week at the Italy convention. These events at the very end of the year aren't gonna have a ton of reveals.

Understandable that they have revealed bits and pieces recently and yes the Italy con, but I'm still disappointed haha. Could also do with the fact I just think some of the ML teams recent reveals (excluding sentinel) are kinda weak.

Only 1 figure? oh okay, that's a bit of a let down, it's a lovely figure, but every time we have had one of these events we got more then 1 reveal, I didn't watch the live stream so I don't know exactly what they were talking about but I guess they did a ton of promo for the new Sentinel, they are preoccupied with that.

Anyways this Dark Avengers Ms. Marvel is very nice, I am happy to see it.

If that is the case I would hope the next one revealed is Daken or Ares. Man I would be hyped if they showcased those sooner rather than later. I just hope they actually release them haha.

With Moonstone/Ms. Marvel revealed, I'm only really waiting for those Capcom v. Marvel figures.  And of those, I'm only really interested in Psylocke.
