What a snooze fest of a pre-order, Amazing Fantasy Spider-Man again? 3rd release and 2nd re-release, come on, didn't we just get this re-released like 6 months ago? was this that hard to find the second go around? anyways fine for me since it saves me from ordering anything today.

These are some easy passes for me, do like the arms on the gambit tho (might pick up down the line for fodder). I just hope that the reveals tomorrow regarding these 2 waves aren't duds.

I'm dreading having to get that Gambit for a baf part. Really wanna find out what the builder will be.

Opposite with Electro. She's gonna be the only real need from that set. Really really hope I don't want that baf, or that there isn't one.

Revealed today at the CCXP Brazil convention today were the new Marvel Legends X-Men Age Of Apocalypse Gambit And Female Electro figures.

Based on rumors the Gambit will be part of an X-Men wave that includes the following:

- Ultimate Wolverine
- X-Force Nightcrawler
- Age Of Apocalypse Gambit
- X-Factor Cyclops (Blue and Yellow)
- Marrow
- Generation X Husk
- Fabian Cortez

Hasbro already showed us Cortez last month. The Female Electro should be part of a Spider-Man Retro Cardback wave that includes:

- Retro Spider-Man Animated Chameleon
- '90s Clone Saga Kaine
- Female Electro
- Spider-Man Unlimited
- Agent Venom
- Spider-Boy

Hasbro showed us Spider-Boy last week. We likely will get the full reveals of these waves tomorrow during Hasbro's live-stream which begins at 11am. These will be the first two waves of Marvel Legends released for 2025, though no word yet on when they will actually go up for pre-order. Well, so look like the rumors have been accurate so far! Pretty excited for the new X-Men wave with at least 3 totally new characters for the line!!

Chameleon and Kaine for Spider-Man and Cortez from the X-Men wave are the only ones that interest me here. I am assuming the X-Men wave will have a BAF but I guess we will know for sure tomorrow.

Marrow I might get. If I thought we would get the other X-Factor members then Cyclops would interest me more.

I feel like Kaine will be my favorite of the group, but we'll see.  Spidercide BAF would be lovely, and it seems so easy to do!  But I'm betting they'll do another retro cardback wave, that's all they seem to do with Spider-man waves these days. 

I hope they go with ugly Marrow, with bones jutting out grotesquely. I'm sure most people want the Capcom version, but that interpretation means nothing to me.  Give me the misshapen angry-at-the-world-no-control-over-her-powers Marrow!  Give me the one that had her heart ripped out by Storm!  That's Marrow to me.

Fabian, Spider-Boy, AOA Gambit and female Electro are all definite purchases for me based upon the pictures.

Hopefully we'll have more reveals from the Spider-Man and X-Men waves tomorrow. Husk is a Top 10 want for me personally and I'm sure that I'll buy Marrow as well. I'd likely only buy X-Factor Cyclops and X-Force Nightcrawler if they came with BAF parts that I wanted. Ultimate Wolverine will depend completely on how it looks. I'll likely buy the whole Spider-Man retro card wave.

Female Electro looks good, nothing that wasn't expected, mostly painted on details minus the belt but it's good to see that we are getting new Electricity effects too. Gambit looks pretty decent with many new parts but would look even better with wash on "leather" part of the costume, Sunfire torso seems to be the only reuse and I hope new arm shoulder fill in the gaps properly so we don't get that typical low and small shoulder look.

Oh AOA Gambit and Francine Electro, I already knew I was going to be down for Francine, and this figure looks good, AOA Gambit doesn't do a whole lot for me personally, I'm kinda over AOA at this point, but since I already have every AOA figure I might as well keep that collection going, so Gambit is a get for me, also he's going to be a buy likely because I have a feeling I'm going to interested in the BAF, I'd like not to be because I don't care about most of this X-Men wave, I only really care about Husk, Marrow, Fabian, and sorta Gambit.

as for the Spidey wave, I'd be shocked this wasn't on cardbacks, seems to be the way it goes for Spidey waves nowadays, and that's good and fine for me to cherry pick, since I really only care about Electro, Kaine, Agent Venom and Spidey Boy.

AOA Gambit is a must get since I have all the other AOA figures. Female Electro is an easy pass, don't like the character

I like this Gambit and I might just get him. Very cool lightning effects for female Electro too, but I'm not really interested in her.

Really excited for Electro. Those fx are really nice. I'll def use them for other characters too. I forgot that set is Retro. Glad of that. Although I'll probably see the pics and want more than I think. Probably will get Spider Boy.  I say im not interested in the rest, but if Agent Venom is amazing, I won't be able to pass. Depending on the Kaine design, I might crumble, even though I don't like the character. Idk, I stayed strong on all the Ben Parkers except Chasm, who I really like in the comics now.

Sooooo...baf possibilities for the X wave? Exodus with that huge "head dress" and some effects could qualify for baf. I'd personally love Blockbuster or Sym as bafs, but they don't make sense with these figures. Maybe an Acolyte Colossus?, now that he qualifies as a deluxe. I might go for that. I know a lot of you have pegged it as Mondo, who I wouldn't mind either.
