Images and details updated at the top of the thread. Spider-Man wave confirmed along with 3 store exclusives. They are doing their draft picks now and then I believe they will finish off with X-Men figures.

All images and details are up from the panel at the top of the thread. Note the only thing wrong in the rumored list was its Extreme Wolverine not Ultimate. They look very similar to me, but technically its Extreme.

Also if you are wondering what the accessory teases were for. The brown staff should be for the rumored Mini-Comic Wave Adam Warlock, the Webbing Effect should be for the rumored Marvel Legends Ultimate Subline Spider-Man and I am thinking the black bladed wing thing might be for the rumored X-Force Achangel. Someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe at some point Warren had wings like that.

In for the whole Spider-Man wave, 1977 Spider-Man and Lizard. I've been wanting Kaine FOREVER, super happy to finally be getting him. Agent Venom is a much needed update and Francine is a new character for the Spidey villains shelf. I prefer Chameleon's robes from the comics but I'll take this version too. Spider-Boy, Unlimited and 1977 are much appreciated additions to the Spider-Verse shelf and Lizard is disappointing but I definitely need him for the shelf.

Wow. I like Husk, Cortez, Marrow, Gambit, Cyclops and the exclusive Xavier.

I got so excited seeing that black and yellow Wolverine until they did the close up. I'm sure Spy Wolverine is coming....

I'm not going to lie, I'm disappointed in the Holocaust/Nemesis figure. Not what I was hoping for. Oh well....

here's my quick thoughts.

Spider-Man wave

Lady Electro - for sure get this figure
Spider-Boy - for sure get this figure, not because I love it, or the character but because it's a new character
Spider-Man Unlimited - as much as I do like this, and loved the cartoon, I for now am going to pass
Kaine - A Must get, the best figure in this wave, much wanted
Agent Venom - Second best figure for me in this wave, a must get, finally a new Agent Venom (in black) Never could get the first one
Chameleon (Animated) - Easy pass, I Don't do animated

Savage Land Professor X - As much as I like this, I am currently feeling like passing, The only real professor X I need is hover chair, but if this isn't hard to get in the end, I'll take one.

Spider-Man 77 - Super Easy pass
Lizard (MCU) - Super Easy pass, and I can't honestly believe they are reusing that ancient Torso, come on.

X-Men Wave

Nightcrawler (X-Force) - pretty nice, always liked this look, but not incredibly interesting
Fabian Cortez - A Must get
AOA Gambit - Not super into it, but since I already have the rest of AOA it's a must get
Husk - My top favorite figure of this wave, must have, must build OG Gen X, I've been waiting
Cyclops (X-Factor) - Don't really care about this, but it actually looks very good
Wolverine (Extreme) - Super Easy Pass
Marrow - 2nd favorite figure in this wave.

Nemesis BAF - Oh thanks a lot Hasbroz, gonna make me buy this entire wave because I need to build this guy.

so that means it's the entire wave for me for X-Men despite really really only wanting 3 figures, but whatever.
I do wish this was the classic look for Nemesis, but I do like this one quite alot.

As officially revealed earlier today, the first Marvel Legends Spider-Man Retro Cardback Wave for 2025 will be available for pre-order next week on December 12 at 1pm ET. It will be available at places like our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth. This wave will include the following:

- Agent Venom (Flash Thompson)
- Spider-Boy

Disappointed by yet another Spider-Man wave with no BAF and has "Retro" figures. Of the spidey waves, Kaine, Chameleon and Unlimited are must gets for me. Spider-Boy is a maybe. Electro and Venom are passes.

The Nemesis wave Cortez, Marrow, Cyclops and AOA Gambit are must gets. Skipping the Logan and Nightcrawler, Husk is a maybe. Not of the exclusives are must gets for me to be honest.

Yeah I gotta say it feels like we are never gonna get another Spider-Man BAF wave at this point LOL, The last Spidey BAF wave was 2022 with Armadillo (right?) , spidey waves have just morphed into Card waves, and it kinda stinks, because so many Spidey oriented BAFs we could be having..still looking at you Stegron, Alien Spider-Slayer and Spidercide.

the retro card waves just sell way too well for some reason, and of course it's maximum profit not to include a BAF.

it's crazy that  last year we had 9 BAF waves, this year 3, really seems like BAF waves are a thing being phased out and of the past, Which makes me sad.

Pretty sure one of those teases was (Adam) Warlock's staff.  It gets drawn different ways and rarely as the full bird with wings outstretched, but it's definitely been depicted that way.  Was Warlock on a potential leak list a few months back?  I feel like he was...

Yes as mentioned here its for the Mini-Comic wave Adam Warlock.

Pretty sure Dwight's tease was Archangel's wings (like an accessory of launching blades). And obviously the staff was Adam Warlock ('bout damn time)!

Honestly depends on the character, I think.  I suspect you'll have a better chance at this Prof than say, a super popular character like Carnage or the long-awaited Warbird costume for Ms. Marvel.

I’m pretty excited about Marrow, Nightcrawler, Husk, and Prof. X. 
 

I am not excited to start collecting new teams that won’t be completed for ages. I’m talking about Generation X and original X-Factor. We’ve got M and Chamber, Jubilee, a passable Banshee, Emma, but we need comic-accurate outfits and the rest of the team. 
 

For X-Factor, I want a human-looking Beast in his brown X costume, but they’ve been oddly against human Hank, except for the TRU X-Men box. I guess a blue Beast is more appealing than a barefoot human version, but I want them to complete that team with him and Jean. We have a great Angel, and Iceman is … well, you can slot in almost any of his releases for any team. I’d pick the Spiderman and His Amazing Friends one for this lineup. 
 

Overall, the X wave and Prof. X are great. Nice update to Ultimate Wolvie, too. The Spider wave is not my jam, since I don’t really collect much of the Spiderverse.

Wow, so much great stuff today! I'm now planning on buying everything except Extreme Wolverine, Outback Prof x and Lizard.

Gen X Husk is the star for me. I'm already expecting her to be my favorite figure of 2025! Marrow, Fabian Cortez, Spider-Boy and female Electro are the other ones that I'm most psyched for.

At least the hips and limbs are new, so it'll move better hopefully. I like the new head too. It was nice to get confirmation of Electro coming next year too (even if that was already in the leaks.

Biggest surprise for me was 1970’s tv Spider-Man. He will pair great with my Toei Spider-Man (that I love)

I’m currently not planning to pick up as much as I thought I might:

X-Men: Fabian, Husk (was hoping for swappable arms), Cyclops.

Spider-Man: Chameleon,  Kaine

Exclusives: TV 70’s Spider-Man and Professor X (happy to get any version of Charley, but they need to release him in his classic wheelchair.)

Personally I still want Marvel Legends of: the Agents of Atlas, the remaining Marauders, some more Mutant Liberation Front members, Team X, Wizard, Trapster, and classic Ghost.

The Wing Teaser looks like these wings from Dark X-Men. They look black in the image but I have not read the story so I can't tell if they are actually black or that is just shadowing?

Here is my usual runthrough

• Francine  - will get because new character AND adds another member to White Rabbit's Syndicate
• Spider-boy - new character and I get all Spider-verse character
• Spider-man Unlimited - Not as excited for this one but Spider-verse
• Agent Venom - second Best figure in the wave. Really needed update
• Kaine - Best figure in the wave and a long time coming.
• Animated Chameleon - eh. I will get it because I want to update my Chameleon but I think the show really did a disservice to him making him a mute and giving him a transformation belt.
• Prof X - Might skip this because it's an Animated figure (he never wore this in the comics)
• Nick Hammond's Spider-man - NICE surprise. will get to go with Toei's version.
• Lizard - easy and I mean extremely easy, pass.
• Fabian - Awesome to add another villain to the shelf. Hopefully this lead to at least a Acolyte Colossus
• AOA Gambit - will get for the baf and the AOA collection but he will be going to storage
• Nightcrawler - I'm happy for this for my UXF shelf but meh
• Husk - wow. they did the powers justice. can't wait for the male side of the team
• Ultimate Wolverine (he had a unified look at this time) - meh.
• Cyclops - god I Hope they won't just do him and leave the rest alone..... again.
• Marrow - YES!! YES!!! Marrow was a member of the team when i started ready so I'm delighted to have her. The only, and this is very minor, only problem I have with her is that she is too..... pretty.
• Genocide - YES!!! amazing. I actually asked for this version. 

As for the tease im guessing the black thing is for the Archangel, the webbing is for another Spider-man and the Staff is obviously for Adam..... but if it's the staff that means it's the Infinity Gauntlet version and not the Cosmic hero version.

I was not expecting (or willing) for another Nemesis, but definitely gonna buy the whole X-Men wave and probably the Spidey wave too.. Professor X also for sure and really looking forward to adding to the collection other X-Men in their Savage Land costumes (or lack of them, like Rogue) and Savage Land Mutates (like Barbarus, Brainchild, Amphibius, Zaladane, etc)...

I'm on the fence about some of these, but the two I want are the nemesis and the "new" lizard. I'm disappointed they're reusing a 10-plus-year-old torso, but it looks pretty great. The nemesis looks wow, but I do not want a single figure from that wave. Aftermarket here I come! (or eventual AOA version maybe)
