This Psylocke looks AMAZING. Best Psylocke ever. Thrilled to see new psychic knife and butterfly effects. I cannot wait to get this figure!

Still hate to see how awesome this Psylocke is, since at this current point I passed on this, I love the Psylocke, but the fact this played out so poorly in terms of availablity (currently anyways) I just gave up, and Really thought do I need a 90 $ Psylocke, probably just being a huge nerd in thinking I did, so despite this being beautiful, Thanos is meh, and can I hope I can play the long game and we can get this as a single release with a proper sash, I'm going to hope.

There's three options for Psylocke re release in a year or so, one is in 97 line, another is retro figure style and here they can do something new and give us red eye mark she had in late 90s. And they can go extra and do Maximum Psylocke with all all kinds of heads and accessories + toe hinges.

Picked up my Psylocke pack this morning ...four on the shelf. No issues. Figure is AWESOME!! The street date is today so head to Target!!

Still nothing at my local Targets but I do have a friend that found some at a few of the Targets in his area so he picked me up one and I'm seeing a ton of the Thanos' going up for sale on the secondary market. Spoiler alert: nobody's buying. LOL. I'm interested to see what the Psylocke figure will be going for as a single. I'm betting around $60. Anyway, I did manage to get mine thanks to a friend and now I got to worry about trying to get my hands on that new Mystique figure. Target kills me.

I can say from personal experience Thanos is worth basically $0.

That means Psylocke is a $100 figure right now. 🙂

I absolutely can not believe this figure is being priced so high on the secondary market and that people are actually paying this price!!! YES..she is far superior to any other figures released thus far..but surely she will be re-released in the future. Hasbro tends to do that. I will keep checking Target to pick up extra sets so I can pass them on to collectors at cost plus shipping.

Yes I was starting to warm up to the fact that I might have to buy Psylocke on the secondary but I decided the last Psylocke they'd done before this one was really not that bad and was fairly comfortable thinking this one would eventually be re-released under a slightly different color palette. If not then no harm. But I did manage to get one and now have to go through the trouble of trying to unload the Thanos figure. I imagine I'll end up settling for much less than I will have been charged for it in the 2 pack but buying 2 figs to get one is not something I see changing anytime in the future so it is what it is. Any money recovered from this set will be appreciated.

I went to 4 different Targets in the DFW area first thing at 8am on Sunday and they were all already cleared out. The website wasnt updating - and STILL hasnt updated -  and just shows it OOS. Usually its goes back up online on the street date but I never saw or received any notifications indicating it went back in stock online. 

I knew this was going to be a nightmare to get.... this might even be worse than Cobra Island Viper. At least I was able to grab one of those on a store shelf

 

Anyone here work for Target and know if there might be a re-stock or if this will go back up online?

 

I would pay $100 for a Hasbro Premium is I was guaranteed a shot at purchasing one of every Marvel Legends, Black Series, GI Joe, Transformer, etc.

So Target slapped a label right on the window box. I couldn't help but think, come on, seriously? But I was able to peel it off without any residue. Guess that's better than damaging the cardboard/art if you like to keep the window box packaging. I probably will for these because of the art. 

So now that it is in hand, was it worth the wait and hype? I think so, though there are a few caveats. 

• Thanos is fine. If, like me, you didn't already own one. Short of having a game-accurate depiction of him. I can understand why people are trying to sell him.
  He really does feel like an oversized accessory. 
• Psylocke herself is a solid figure. The sculpt I feel captures her in game appearance. And can we get any future female bodies with this articulation. The butterfly joints feel great. Short of lacking toe articulation she poses well. I like her head sculpts and the accessories she comes with but there are a few very minor nitpicks. 
  • Paint apps could be a bit cleaner. My copy isn't bad. Just a few minor areas where some paint missed the sculpt, etc. 
  • The blue plastic can show through the skin color that they painted over top. This can look like the skin tone has a slight color shift. 
  • The accessories can feel a bit fiddly. 

The whole preorder situation was silly. I saw a number of people note that they had to ask an employee if they were in stock. Someone posted an image where someone stole the Psylocke, and replaced it with an older one on shelf.

Stupid beautiful Psylocke, Ugh, It makes me look at the previous Psylocke's with utter disgust, like what in the world were you thinking with that face sculpt ew, and that Buck choice, Bleah, Psylocke being one of my all time fav Marvel characters it hurts so much to not have this, and I see no way I'm getting this in sight (well I can trade it for my unborn child), still sitting here being a crank about this, Every picture drives me a bit more insane, and the more I see Thanos the more I think about how much I don't care about it, the previous Thanos (classic) was a much nicer figure in terms of paint, and I just don't need this Thanos, but Betsy...ugh, Like I say it makes me despise the previous figures (with the Training suit being Good, but it's just not the Psylocke..and Lady Mandrin is a lovely figure, it's not the Psylocke either) .

I peition for this to be a MTO pre-order, like now... I'm willing to pay for this Psylocke, but not pay the worst price, and I just want justice for all who couldn't get this.
