The mini-comic wave is... OK. Rachel and Surfer are the only 2 that seem fully accessorized. The increased price doesn't help, either. The blow of the price would be softened if they threw in, say, an extra head for Feral, and some extra hands for Beast. I'll pre-order Rachel, and maybe Feral.

Punisher and Fury video game 2-pack is a great deep cut, and a must buy.

Happy to finally be getting a Deathbird, but disappointed that she's wing-less, and in a 2-pack with a not-new character. Deatbird should have been a deluxe Retro Card release with wings, and Gladiator should be a Retro Card release.

Lol, that sounds a bit grumpy, but most of the figures are well-done, and happy to see a few new releases that I've wanted in ML for years. I will end up buying most or all of these, I'm just going to wait on slightly-lower prices for most of the mini-comic wave.

Definitely want Deathbird and Gladiator. Don't love the previous Gladitor, so this is a major upgrade. But what's with no wings on Deathbird. Why are they so against wings? Super Adaptoid, Sam Wilson Cap. But regardless this 2 pack is a must. Iceman is an insta buy as well, and I cannot wait for Starfox!!!! He's gonna really round out some Avengers lineups! Still very torn on most of this mini comic wave. When it was announced I thought I'd just buy the set from EE, but seeing it, I'm gonna have to cherry pick I think.

Gladiator, under the mental control of a Warskrull, ripped off Deathbird's wings. This figure represents her look after that. I do believe her wings have grown back to a degree....I could be mistaken. I too would prefer her original look but they did a good job here. Love to see her in a wave with Ms. Marvel, Captain Mar-Vell, and all sparkly Genis -Vell (the old toybiz variant).

So the crest on the gold bar has been identified as the one used in the One World Under Doom storyline. Hard to imagine they will do yet another Doom so still not sure what figure it would go to.

definitely not. If it is from Latvaria, then it is a villains trying to steal gold.

I'm curious... no one has a crystal ball but how likely is Hasbro to release another iceman within 1-2 years with a blue wash and nicer iceslide? Like in the deluxe/maximum vein? I ask because I need three Iceman's one for my original X-Factor Display (I think this one is perfect for that! Though annoyed there's no butterfly joint...), one for my 90's Jim Lee Display and one to potentially replace my Diamond Select (out of scale) in my main sentinel battle display. I'm trying to decide if I should just purchase three of these or hold out.  The last iceman was what 2019? so 6 years? Hence why I am weighing things. Just curious to get others thoughts...

This version doesn't wings

I never mind lore and explanations of stuff, so don't take this as defensive or in any way negative. I dont think I have the issue where her wings get ripped off, (what was that actually in?) But i definitely have stuff where she doesn't have them. I don't think she has the wings when she's the Queen of the Shi'ar, which I thought was cool.  Shes still a baddie and its also an awesome look. I more meant why didn't they make the version, I assume, most people picture and want that has wings. After waiting so long for this character, I'm still waiting for the version I want the most. Like Namorita, Mandarin, Crimson Dynamo, and many others.

And that Genis-Vell was awesome, one of my favorites in the TB line. And a great underrated comic series.

The last Iceman figure was released in 2021. It was the Age of Apocalypse Iceman.

I'm not so sure about that. While similar, the signet on the gold bar looks much more like a W than that symbol and I'm not seeing the crown at the top or the Eye of Agamoto at the bottom.

It’s awesome they connect.

Wonder if they’ll use that hoodie torso on Daredevil for White Tiger.

I'm honestly glad that the Daredevil isn't just the Shadowland version (proto-Daredevil is a whole new look we haven't seen in figure form before which I'm increasingly glad to see with the number of rehashes we're getting lately), but I'm really surprised with that Silver Surfer. I would have thought he'd be a prime candidate for Maximum Series treatment given that he really only has one look and the extra pinless articulation and the ability to offer some more accessories would be a draw for that style of release.

Oh good on spotting that, a Zaladane figure would be crazy to get, I would have never thought that might be in the cards, but seeing as how they clearly are crossing these figures off this list, she might get a chance.

Iceman is an inta buy for me. I like the figure and I like the fx. I wish it were a different version with spiky head, but I'll take what I can get... he is my favorite super hero.

And knowing Hasbro, that's what it is going to take for us to get a decent Silver Surfer. If somehow Hasbro shows off a silver surfer not on a small ass body and possibly even a new sculpt, I would be floored. But again, why do that when you can release a rehash and wait a year and charge double? Please, Hasbro surprise me.

They, in fact, did not surprise me. Can't wait to pay $60 bucks for a maximum Silver Surfer years from now...woohoo! And by that point, maybe even more, it's great!

Going to be *real* interesting to see how they get such an obscure offering as Zaladane out there...

Two-Pack with a less exclusive Savage Land Rogue.

Maybe do one with Shirtless/"Battle Damaged" Magneto and Shanna as well.

Beast looks great and we’re now one step closer to finishing the Astonishing team. Once the leaked Kitty/Colossus two pack happens, it’s basically just Armor left.

I am holding out hope that the Colossus is an all-new sculpt with improved range all around. And once that happens, it's tough for me to see them doing armor. She is quite complicated to handle from an engineering perspective. I guess they could be whack and do a "2 pack" or just do the armor and she isn't visible, or have just her head visible, or as an additional head, idk will be interesting to see how that would turn out.
