Shown below via BleedingCool is the Hasbro Marvel Legends Series Super Skrull Figure which will be available in hand at NYCC & MCM London and then available afterwards on Hasbro Pulse.

Wasn't sure if I needed another Super Skrull after the previous 2 pack one, but it looks like I do, this thing is awesome, Love what's happening here, I know this is accurate to art, but it would have been really fun if one leg was invisible, and not both Flame on, but since its depicting something specific I get it, I want this though, it's a nice looking figure. Hope it's not a Savage Land like fiasco to get this.

Ahhhh, now do Equinox! Part translucent fire, part translucent ice; they could even do an alternate running change with figures since his body oscillates between the two

I'll likely get this if it's an option. I'm not counting on anything after missing out on the Savage Land set. 

I am annoyed that the Torch legs are the only lower body options but I love the additional heads. Like I said, I'll buy it if I'm allowed to by Pulse.

I wish they'd give us a flame effect flight base. That way if we got this we'd be able to use it with Torch or Phoenix or Firelord ect. I'd buy it for sure if it did.

This would have been a definite purchase if his legs weren't permanently in flame-on mode. It's not as bad as permanently blasting Cannonball with no lower legs at all, but it's in the ballpark. You can't have him standing around with other Skrulls or in any kind of a "neutral" situation. "Uhh, hey dude, why are your legs on fire?" That doesn't really work for me. Wish they wouldn't do stuff like that.

I woukd think the legs woukd come with some kind of flame effect.  Seems like a missed opportunity  to me. Other than that hes pretty cool

Man, I am a sucker for Skrulls - Definite purchase! Love the new head sculpt too, and the lighter green on the faces.

Legs really needed some snap on flame accessories but even more important would be to have "fire belt" which would let that flame on legs blend in better with the non flame torso.

Yeah, because so far, it looks like he is wearing a pair of translucent pants. Also, the stretch arm should have been left translucent to represent Sue.

I'm not sure how else they could have done the Super Skrull in his powered-up form, without having the legs like this.  The hasbo guys can do swappable heads, hands and arms but doesn't look like they've moved to legs. If he's not powered, then he's just a bigger Skrull. This looks good- not $40.00 worth, but still....

Dude good call here, they could do this so easily with this figure, the fire leg Equinox could like just be a re-tweak of this figure, new head and the torso without the shoulders, done.... And I'd take it.

This is the same as the BAF meaning it's modular, so just replace the arm with the BAF stetch arm/w translucents and bingo, that being said I'm only judging on these images but it seems they are they same colors torso and arms wise as the BAF.

Looks like it's kind of an update from the BAF, but for me the BAF takes it. I won't need to pick this up. The legs pretty much don't do it for me LOL and there's no invisible body parts.

Super Skrull won't be made available to non-premium members until November 3rd. 

I fully planned on getting this, but between the nearly one month exclusivity window and the price of $47 plus shipping, Hasbro can flock all the way off on this one.

What where did you hear that date? and what why they heck would it be so far off? 

I guess that means all non membership folk, have less of a chance...ugh I want this but I want Classified Pythona more.

It says it right on the product page on Pulse. I was shocked by it because to my knowledge they've never had such a long exclusivity window before for premium members:
