Interesting that this would be the 2nd round of Re-releases for that Kingpin, Did it sell really well the second time? that it warranted a 3rd?

I know people are very keen on getting another chance at that Cable, since it was pretty sought after, but it also already have a re-issue not that long ago, but Hopfully it will even out the price, since the re-issue was being sold even from regular retailers at a bit of a mark-up, I was seeing it for like 40 bucks.

Has there been any reporting on the price for Nimrod? The more I see him, the more I like the repaint. I was hoping for more pink, for the powered up look that I see in my minds eye, but he still looks cool. And not sure if that is a new face, or just the paint job, but it looks exactly the way I imagine it! I knew when I got the other one, they'd do a repaint that I'd want, 😆. But I assume he's 40 bucks. If they are charging 50 or more, I'll wait.

Curious on the communities thoughts... I currently acquired a Xavier with hover chair reissue. I have the Shadow kings head...  I could buy this king pin at retail rather than trying to track down the build a figure or do the MCU version which seems to small for the the head. What are people's thoughts on this given the suit is not quite right, but availability and cost is much better alternative? Is it worth holding out for a future kingpin and shadow king specific release? That seems like an easy repaint for them that would benefit their business model?

No way the MCU one works. It's an awful figure anyway.

Awesome that the Kingpin is getting a reissue, never saw it the first time

Like I said above, it already got a re-issue, like very recently, So I'm surprised you didn't see it the 2nd time around, but maybe it went super fast and that's why it's getting round 3?

Amazing figure BTW, get it, don't question yourself.

Definitely getting it. Looks like it's going to be easier to get, one of my favourite comic shops has it already for Pre Order

Will be a couple more ML reissues going up on Thursday as well.

This will probably be the Power Princess and Astonishing Wolverine, that are rumoured to be happening.

My brain might be broken but I feel like I came across a bunch of cardback Kingpins at Walmart recently, amongst the other reissues like Sandman, Rhino and Jameson.  I didn't give them a second thought because I already have two, but I'm pretty sure I saw some.  The one that I was really taken aback by was the Cyborg Spider-man.  Never expected to see that go back on the shelves again.

I am definitely going to snap up an extra Power Princess or two, given the opportunity.

Anyone who missed the 20th Cap, he is the best Cap they've made imo. I would recommend him. Totally worth picking up.

I don't know how logical it is to re release 20th Anniversary Cap when we just got slightly brighter and pinless version of that exact mold + Gamerverse one with new Torso and arms, as much as I love Hasbro reissuing Marvel Legends this one seems too soon, unless they make him pinless to truly differentiate with og version.

Oh yeah, I forgot he wasn't pinless. So, I guess take that into consideration. But his head sculpt, paint job, and accessories are all top notch. I would still prefer this one.

Maybe it's for people who don't want the two pack or are interested in the Packaging

Nope its the exact same figure as before and it will have a higher price than the original one did.

Getting a re-issue of 20th cap seems extremely redundant at this current point, with Secret wars Cap coming out earlier this year and MvC Cap coming out only a few months ago, what is the point of this ? the SW Cap is almost the same figure for the most part, despite having different shields, and a small amount of differences (but hardly) , Astonishing Wolverine is another head scratcher, Sure it seemed to sell out fairly quickly when it was released, but It was fairly ample in re-stocks as the year went on, pretty sure I saw it recently available, so why these 2 ? and of course for a higher price... there are plenty of figures that are actually very desired for a re-issue, yet it's figures that seemed unnecessary, but correct me if I'm wrong?

I snagged Kingpin. I've been wanting to round out a Comic Spidey collection. I still need a few baddies. I already ordered Mysterio, have retro Electro on order. Picked up the re-issue of Rhino, Kraven, J.J and Sand Man. I may try snagging Hammerhead, Chameleon and a few others. Considering all these reissues...I hope we get a retro Lizard re-issue and a re-issue of the Walmart Venom.

Honestly, I'd snag it for the shield and unmasked head/and lowered cowl alone. Not sure if the color matches secret wars cap. But options are always nice to have!

But yeah I would agree there are a number of figures that would do well to get re-released. And I am certainly not complaining if Hasbro wants to make some of these figures easier to obtain. Unlike McFarlane...I'd love that Uma Thurman Poison Ivy...but she's $200 on the secondary market :(.

Possibly Power Princess is slated for a December re-release though. This Kingpin is supposedly April of 2026.

I already preordered Power Princess from SciFi. I wanted a 2nd one for a custom Wonder Woman.

Everyone chant with me so loud Dan Yun hears us: Re-ISSue RET-RO Beast! Re-ISSue RET-RO Beast! Re-ISSue RET-RO Beast! They are drying up on eBay and all around $120 when you find them. Only thing better than a reissue is a pinless update with new face printing head sculpts. This makes way more sense than Cap... but I might be biased.
