Honestly, this is such a fun character design. Kudos to Hasbro for putting it out. While I don't have any attachment to the character, I'm happy for those that are excited for it!

Looter is certainly no more obscure than Hypno Hustler!!

Looter has had over 50 appearances has been around since 1965 is his oldest villain never to have a figure and has never been killed off either. Hypno hustler has had like less than a handful of appearances.

Honestly, this figure is doofy, this character is, but that's what's kinda magical about it, like this guy is so nobody, and I love that somehow we got a figure, is it a great figure? nah not really, but I have to have it because it's a new character, but I'm also not screaming for it, other then I scream for any new character for the shelf, he just looks like he should be a villain in some parody superhero cartoon from 1988, I'm going to get him but I'm also not going to fling my heels off to run faster to get him.

So love when they dig deep like this though. Appreciate it.
