Both of Pietro's head sculpts are nice in their own way — though he would have benefitted from at least one "flat" running hand. I'm less enthused about Natasha's heads — and her figure in general. I feel like gold would have been a better choice than the cheap-looking yellow plastic on her blasters & garter. Overall, her figure is just a little too pre-Legends ToyBiz looking to me. But I guess that fits the era depicted.

Anyway, I'm really hoping that this release means we will see the rumored Scarlet Witch Crossing figure soon, though I'm ambivalent about her being packed in with yet another Vision figure I don't want. Her Crossing costume still ranks among my all-time favorites of hers, along with the later Coipel & Wada designs, both of which would translate well to plastic, Hasbros.

I'm most always leaning towards the classics, but the outfit from that animated show years ago caught my eye

Absolutely! I truly appreciate the Dauterman, but the Wada is so terrific in its simplicity. I’ve spotted a couple of amazing customs of the Wada, including this one by Face Customs Studios posted on FigureRealm.

Complete agree. Of course if they are doing Wanda's crossing costume then the Dauterman costume would be an easy retool

Got my BW / Quicksilver set too. I had forgotten Quicksilver wore this suit during the Busiek / Perez Heroes Return era as well as the Crossing.

Always loved this version of Quicksilver

I had said no to this so many times in my head, I don't need another Widow, don't really need a new Quicksilver...but I love the way these look, really it's the suit for QS, and the new face for Widow.

Fine...*have hoovering over buy" Yeah I'll do it...No wait...do/n't ....

Hey, at least if they doing that Crossing of Vision, at least can use it as Anti-Vision.

This is a good point. "Our" Vision ended up in Anti-Vision's body for an extended period so for me, I'll gladly take the Crossing era suit. But as you've pointed out, he works for an Avengers villains shelf as well.

Damn.. do I need to get two sets?!?

I don't understand why these two are paired together.

Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch?  I understand.

Quicksilver and Crystal?  I get it.

Black Widow and Hawkeye?  Makes sense.

Heck, even Black Widow and Daredevil would make sense.

But Quicksilver and Black Widow?  I can't even remember them being Avengers at the same time.  Granted, I'm not really an Avengers fan, so my knowledge IS limited.

Also, why the hell is the 2-pack the same price as the Kitty and Colossus 2-pack or even more expensive on EB Games' website? Shouldn't it be the other way around? I get that Kitty is a petite figure, but she should be a lot shorter than Black Widow. If the Black Bolt and Triton 2-pack is cheaper than the Medusa and Gorgon set, because Gorgon is a larger figure. Then this 2-pack feels like a ripoff.

All two packs are a rip-off.  They usually involve one figure almost no one wants and one figure lots of people want.

Going to wait for this to be hopefully reduced. Mostly want Pietro since it's my favourite look

I'm thinking these will be headed to the discount bin before too long. For the reasons you both cited.

If they REALLY wanted this to sell, they should have slipped in Quicksilver's classic sky blue costume instead. And added the "running hands" they used for the first Speed Demon or even the Falcon.

Or at least packaged him with Crystal, it would have made more sense. The only thing these have in common is that they didn't die in Onslaught

It would sting a little less if Hasbro gave a "quantity discount," and charged less for multi-packs than 2 single figures. Charge $49.99 for this, and it will sell much better pre-discount.

I don't think it's Onslaught. He would have said it was Onslaught since it was already revealed.
