The Next Walmart Collector-Con Event Takes Place This July - What Might We See For Marvel Legends!?!

The 2026 Summer Walmart Collector-Con event will be taking place the week of San Diego Comic Con. Specifically it will take place on July 23-24.

While we didn't see any Hasbro Marvel Legends items offered at the last Collector-Con event this past March, we should see at least one item and maybe more offered this summer.

While Hasbro has not yet officially confirmed any figures that will be going up for pre-order during the event, based on leaked listings it looks like we will see a new Marvel Legends Spider-Man Animated Series Retro Cardback version of The Punisher figure offered. Of course until Hasbro officially confirms that, we will treat this as rumor at this time.

We will be sure to update you here when the official details become available on what will be going up from Hasbro at Collector-Con.

Being the retro card, I hope it's a perfect 1st appearance version.

We can expect our preorders to get cancelled, scalpers buying up all the stock, and those lucky few to get it, bent up packaging due to Walmart shipping items in bags with no protection.

if this does turn out true, my lawd there has been a massive influx of Punisher's in the last 6 months, Born Again, One Last Kill, Mech-Suit, Rivals, What seems like not long ago Punisher Arcade game 2 pack and the Bushwacker Pack...Sheesh went from no Punisher to all the Punisher, granted if this is indeed true, which likely it is...but like slow yer roll, funny enough the 1 Punisher everyone really really wants, is the only one they are not doing...being a classic rendition.

Even tho I'm a HUGE Punisher fan...I might pass on this animated version.... unless it comes with a soft goods wired trenchcoat... also over the last year I've picked up War Journal Punisher Bushwhacker 2 Pack.. Gamerverse Punisher Nick Fury 2 Pack,..& Thunderbolts Punisher HulkBuster..I might just wait until the Marvel Legends team inevitably gives us the OG Punisher in the black & white costume

It's been a few years, but the Retro cardback Punisher was classic.
This is the Punisher I really want:

It's been almost twenty years since Hasbro attempted a Bradstreet Punisher and even for 2007, the figure was bad.

Yeah no I never ment they never did a classic Punisher, it's just been a really long time since the last one which was the Vintage Superheroes wave, which is still my favourite Legends Punisher figure, but I know it's not easy to come by and a lot of people constantly ask for that to get an update/re-do.

Yeah true..Bradstreet Frank would be great, the last one in the dark days, Holocaust wave right? that was a bad.

hey I'm all for people getting their Punisher fix, since for a time it was kinda Taboo to do Punisher merch, nice to see that's cleared up, I just don't need like half of these Punisher figures, I mean if it wasn't for the fact I love the guy, I'd have been fine with just having Vintage, Facepaint and War Machine...but of course I got the Bushwacker 2 pack one & the Arcade One recently.

Just like isn't this Animated series one basically really similiar to the Arcade one? like he was in a bluey gray, I guess he had a ugly brown jacket and white headband??? I wanna say his boots were black....not the more common white...I dunno.

It's been seven years since the retro figure. And, yes, that is a while, but it's not even half the nineteen years since the Holocaust/Nemesis wave's rather poor attempt at a Bradstreet Punisher. Since Hasbro clearly has no problems making figures of Frank, I think a Bradstreet inspired figure and a classic white gloves, white boots, white belt figure on a pinless body should both be doable.  One is more overdue than the other, I'd say, though.
