Definitely would order an MTO Zzzax. Hell a light up one as a smaller more affordable Haslab would be epic! Not sure he has enough mainstream want, but I'd bite for sure!

Well, with GI Joe and Transformers getting 250th anniversary figures, I wouldn't be surprised if marvel legends gets one

Really hoping they will finally give us a sprinkle of some Golden Age WWII figures; this would be a great segue for First Appearance Cap, Bucky (OH did they butcher that last one of him!), Human Torch, Sub-Mariner (slightly "triangle" head and squinty eyes).  And dare I even wish for the likes of Blazing Skull, Destroyer, Miss America, the Whizzer? Red Raven (get those Angel wings some re-use), U-Man, Isbisa?

At least the first 4 should have been the SDCC pack. I still think they should try teams as an MTO or Haslab, with super obscure members as tiers or something. This would be a good one to start with.

they were four inch figure though.

A lot of good stuff here.  I know I'll probably chase down every one of these things, except maybe the Doom repaint.  It's funny though, you just know that Valentina/Void 2 pack is going to struggle and eventually go on sale/clearance, but when we watched Thunderbolts, my wife, who valiantly tolerates my collecting but deep down 100% thinks it's stupid turned to me and said "if they ever do a Void figure like that, I want one." It's the only time she's ever expressed an interest in actually acquiring a figure, although I've given her quite a few that align with her interests and I thought she might like over the years (politely accepted, but probably masking deep disinterest).

So now I'm probably obligated to pick one up off the top.

Anyway, Scorpion and Goblin are probably my most anticipated, though I'm super-glad to see Doug getting a figure as well.

What the hey! this just popped on up! what surprise.

Okay...some really cool things here... and my thoughts (template stolen from Tarot)

  • D+W wave 3 -Calverine is so silly to me to have a figure, and I have no interest, Honestly that Gray DP is pretty nice looking, but I'd probably skip it, However Wolverinepool is awesome and appeared in Comics, I do want !
  • Val and Void - No easy pass, no movie thanks. But why does Val look more like Gillian Anderson then Julia...like I almost thought this was an X-Files figure. Also is. it must be..just a re-painted Peggy Carter buck...
  • GG and Spidey - No No, however I ask...so is this the same NWH Green Goblin but less accessories? also Spidey does look very nice..but same as before too?
  • Boomerang - This is so great! I love it, I totally love this silly old costume, despite having a Boomerang, which is actually a better costume, this is a must have
  • Scorpion -This looks really good, It's better then the Moltenguy wave figure for sure, but is it necessary to be replacing that...It might be
  • Secret War Doom -Pass, I have this...but is this just the same figure with SW packaging and more stuff?
  • Doc Samson -already know it's a must have
  • Cypher- A Must have, new character! obvi
  • 97 Beast -This does look awesome and could be in a comic display....I don't know if I need it though, but one thing that just feels wrong to me is the smooth body, I can't imagine a smooth beast...like he's gotta have hair texture so it's kinda weird.
  • Tease one - Mini Comic Mary J...!
  • Tease two - X-mas Spidey 2 pack...must be, can we get 2 MJ's in one year..?

My favs are the Scorpion and movie GG- must haves for me. But idk, I wish legends team would have given him an updated bigger body mold this time. The old Spiderman classics figure from 2003 was much more imposing. I had it and regret selling it eons ago. Might just be on the hunt for it now. Yes this is the GG from the Rami movies and NWH but with less accessories. I'm glad I helf off on the other one! going for crazy after market prices.

Too bad the team still has not decided to update the wrecking crew. Would be awesome to see them released again in updated molds and articulation.

Love the First Appearance suggestions, especially Cap, Bucky, Human Torch and Sub-Mariner!  Love to see First Appearance Valkyrie, Blade, Gamora, Nebula, Thor, Green Goblin, and the Original X-Men too (all with new pinless sculpts with face printing tech)!  This would damn near cover most of my Must-Haves!

My man! We need a whole Invaders wave!!!!
A Cap an Bucky 2-pack is more likely . I’d like swappable heads and neck for 1st appearance  Cap and triangle and round shields.

Have the Wrecking Crew been released by Hasbro?  I remember the old ToyBiz ones, where one of the character was just the variant of another.  Back when ToyBiz loved throwing in variant figures (still have my Spidey Classics Yellow DD MIB!)

They weren't Toybiz. they used TB mold but they were hasbro mold. But since you mentioned it a perfect place for them would be in the Hulk retro wave which we now have confirmed isn't finished but waiting until next year.

I mean please, the wrecking crew being re-visited is like such a huge want for so many people, It's shocking at this point it's taken them so long, I mean you could do them on Secret Wars Cards as well, ultimately would be nice to get them in a 4 pack, but I'd imagine they'd break them up, why not 2 in Hulk boxes and 2 on Secret Wars Cards just for variety.

Right? And I'm not expecting a full wave. I was so disappointed they didn't appear during the "80th anniversary" thing, it was a no-brainer.  But come on, first appearance Cap...too easy. Make it a nice metallic look triangular shield, they could even give him a removable helmet mask.  For the Sub-Mariner, take the Ka-Zar figure and voila.  Anyway, just a few figures, here and there. You know I bet if they did one of those videos Mezco likes to do for their figures, give it a WWII news reel feel, and play that at the SDCC convention, audiences would go wild.

Also maybe do some of the Six American Warriors from the Spider-man Animated Series as well

They have but from 2012-2013 I think. I only have Thunderball. We need these to go with Absorbing man.

YES! They could turn out so well if hasbo did it like that. Thunderball could get a "spinning" wrecking ball this time around, maybe some magic effects for Wrecker's crowbar....

Is t his what you are referring too? I mean it's kind of cool. But I'd want a more comic MJ/Pete.

They did a couples pack a while back (also toybiz I think?)

I'm still with @Lord_Scareglow hoping for a J. Scott Campbell style 2 pack. They do have a christmas gift but then what about that fashion Mag? That seems so odd to be a "Holiday" set?

Some nice looking releases, but that Doom really irritates me; THAT is the one I'd have preferred to get over the recent two-pack version. I really hate when they pull stuff like this.

You could always use that 2 pack Doom as a "Doom Bot" That's what I did with the head that came with the Cabal 2 pack. My hope is they re-issue Cabal Doom and Iron Partiot as single card releases. Taskie too for folks who missed out and don't want to sell a kidney.

As much as I wanted brand new bigger and more articulated Scorpion that undersized body does make perfect sense for the classic Scorpion look.

I think MJ will be simple reuse of Enchantress torso with regulars arms and brand new skirt piece.

Movies Goblin looks pretty good but still have to see actual reviews.

I really really really hope new Beast has ball joint in the waist, if so then that figure might be contender for the figure of the year.

I hate to say it because for any other figure I'd wait for reviews. But I expect Goblin to sell out? Scalpers I can see snapping him up and I hope he isn't exclusive. I don't think he is? Boomerang is walmart exclusive.

As for MJ? I hate how most female figures with skirts can't sit. It's true of Peggy Carter.  And I have a feeling that will be true of the Valencia figure they revealed too. Even Doctor Doom with his tunic had a hard time sitting. The Cabal Doom was a bit better in that he had a shorter tunic and it was split at the side.

$75 CND at EB Games. Probably a couple bucks cheaper on Amazon. Not really something I needed but Hasbro is just getting crazy with the prices.

I can't really find a reason to be excited for a blacked out Sentry and a business suit figure. I know some just want an Elaine figure. Ya know, if they'd make a Punisher War Zone 3 pack with Ray Stevenson as Punisher, Jigsaw (the best Jigsaw on film btw), and Microchip, they'd have a Newman Legend to go with her.

Ultimately this is gonna be a clearance deal pick up. Kinda sucks that the message they will get is that we don't want T Bolts figures when I'm pretty sure a Bucky/Ghost 2 pack woulda actually sold. I would be excited for that. Or a Ghost/Taskmaster pack with a Bucky single release.

Wow, I'm surprised that amount of hands for the X Force DP don't constitute a Deluxe figure🤣
