Seeing the group.shots makes me think there needs to be a little more uniform direction.  Like, Sunspot has a different yellow, and Moonstar just doesn't fit as well aesthetically.  Magik and Doug look like part of the same team though, which is good.

It's hard to make a team that looks good when they are released so far apart.  Like in theory, most x-characters with say red on them (like.red.x-belts) should have the same red, but if they're released years apart, the red ends up being different enough that they don't look cohesive

Sunspot is not even a comic version and Moonstar is a later costume.

You two are both right here. Tarot is obviously factually correct. No real debate to be made. But I agree with Grimlocks sentiment. Here we have almost all the core members, but we can't really do an actual line up. Kinda sucks. I do feel like Sunspot could pass. But I have three of the Moonstar, so I've got Karma (who probably isn't getting another figure anytime soon) and NM Wolfsbane on the newer outfit that doesn't fit with the early outfit. We need a generic female and male body for both these outfits so we can switch the heads around and have both teams represented. And Magik doesn't work cause of that arm. Can't just get three of her. Plus with these price points, I'm less inclined to buy figures solely for kitbashing.

It's really sad that they don't just do a three pack or two pack and just get this sorted. Three different yellows and reds in figures released a year apart is definitely a choice to keep us buying figures. I still can't believe it's been 6 years since we got the X-Version Dani with heads.

Like I think I said somewhere else here, this figure sucks, why you ask? because Cypher sucks, he's a wimpy chump, and this doesn't even have the one thing that doesn't make him look like Timmy Timson wearing a New Mutants costume, The Arm, yes this is accurate, but also if they were being actually accurate this shouldn't have a sword, but see they know this guy is a chump so they gave him a Sword, But is this a finely good Cypher figure yes? it's not his fault he was written as a lame-o and not his fault he had to wear a costume that everyone else did that made him look like nobody, But that being said...it's a Cypher figure, I gotta have a Cypher figure, we don't have one, so Yeah sure I guess I like this Cypher.

but also everyone talking about suit colors being off, and it all being incoherent, yer acting like Hasbro has ever been so kind as to give us suits that match, what maybe one single time they gave it an actual effort because it was easy with the training suit multipacks, but i can tell you now, the amount of Different Yellows and blues these X-Men figures I have got going on is just diabolical at this point..But you know, it's too much to ask to have them remember what shades they used for the last character on the same team.
