Marvel Legends 6" Captain Marvel Alternate Head Revealed

The alternate head for Hasbro's upcoming Marvel Legends 6" Captain Marvel movie figure has been revealed via this new packaged image released through Yahoo.

We had already seen the unmasked headsculpt and after seeing yesterday's second movie trailer it should come as no surprise that the alternate head is the helmeted one that matches the rest of her outfit.
 

Here is a breakdown of the entire wave

Captain Marvel (Movie), Starforce Commander (Movie), Talos (Movie), Nick Fury (Movie), Grey Gargoyle and Genis-vel. Build-A-Figure is Kree Sentry.

This whole wave is a total pass for me.

The figure in the package looks way better than the first promotion photo we seen of her. The unmasked headscuplt is much better too! That Mohawk is great glad they included it. Hopefully we get a version of her in her green suit? It’d be an easy repaint Hasbro. I’m pretty excited for this wave over all and the movie as well!!!!!

rumour has it it's a 2-pack exclusive with another character from the movie. I think Minerva as a swappable head? Maybe one of the other Starforce members?

Ill probably only get grey gargoyle and Genis-vell. The Kree sentry is a decent figure but not good enough to justify buying all the figures to build it

Ahhh, I will have a Captain Marvel, Skrull and a Grey Gargoyle please. Maybe wait till Walmart lowers the price on the rest to build the Kree Sentry BAF. Of course it wont always work out that way, but that's the game. Action figure collection is a skill mostly.

Can't wait to add Captain Marvel to my MCU display.  I placed my order a couple months ago with Dorkside, and it says there is a case of 7.  That would make sense since it looks like Captain Marvel won't include a BAF Piece.

Updating our story from earlier today, Hasbro has released additional new images for the upcoming Marvel Legends Captain Marvel wave and it looks like they are adding one more figure to the line-up with a second Brie Larson Captain Marvel figure, this one featuring a bomber jacket, Goose the cat and shorter hair.

Shown are the following:

Young Nick Fury with what looks like a locked up cat...Goose the cat is a Skrull?

The final two figures for the movie feature the same images we've seen before so not look at any possible additional accessories with these two.

Then also not shown are any updated images for the two comic book based figures in the wave which are Grey Gargoyle and Genis-vel

If they are using the comic story then Goose is not a skrull but an alien that just happens to look like a cat.

Also I think Pop's figure reveal that Jude Law's character is actually Yon Ragg and will be the main villain for the movie.

Diggin the urban style on that Bomber Jacket Carol which I could also use the a vest for other characters. And that Fury too so I can get my T'challa a business look lol. Can be versatile for photography.

Hasbro isnt listing it as an exclusive in their press release so I assume its part of the regular wave but I've reached out to see if they will confirm that for sure. If I hear back I will let you know.

Well technically they are revealing it in a press release showing off Captain Marvel products for 2019 which includes everything from these ML to role play stuff to Marvel Rising figures. No where in the press release does it state the figure being an exclusive but neither does it specifically say its part of a specific wave either, and the release doesnt even show the full wave since the comic book based figures are excluded. I am going on the assumption it is part of the wave for now but its not actually 100% clear as it wasnt mentioned during the cons when Hasbro officially announced the entire wave and never said anything about one more figure to be revealed. I reached out to Hasbro to see if they would clarify so I will update if I get any additional details.

They missed the opportunity of making a Green-Outfit/Starforce outfit Carol Danvers with a Minn-Erva alternate head. The same goes for Yonn-Rogg with an alternate Korath head. They could make the same thing they did with the Dora Milaje. Those two bodies could be kinda of a army builder.
