Sooo....you're gonna hunt some mutants and do what, exactly, when you find them? What? Your gonna siphon their fear to boost your strength to lift how much? Ten tons...and maybe scratch 'em and bite 'em a little. Watch out Colossus, watch out Rogue. Caliban is coming to getcha!

Cool pics, man. Lame character.

Nice one Rakanishu, have to agree with monron though. But I see great potential in the figure itself. Say a good customs person was of a mind to take this figure and see the good makings of another character, say maybe Surtur or some other demon looking figure. Maybe even a Dragon man figure with a smaller head than usual. Just a thought. thanks

I love Calibans transformation from meak morlock to rage fueled killing machine! I really like this figure.

Yeah, he's such a good illustration of how much damage the widespread fear and hatred of mutants can impact one man on a personal level.  I'm re-reading the Mutant Massacre right now and it's really heartbreaking to see him be so casually accepting of Artie Maddicks when Leech brings Artie around to The Alley for the first time.  Caliban's social development has been severely retarded (as evident by his attempt to kidnap a child bride), but he's clearly got a good heart.  Every day of his life is necessarily about survival for this guy.  That paradigm as well as X-Factor's naivete is masterfully underlined when he later betrays them to Apocalypse during the Fall of the Mutants.  That moment is one of the most shocking and devastating moments from my childhood comic-reading years.
