  1. Yeah, the Bullseye body has been overused. However, it looks like Hasbro is going to beat it with the MU Daredevil body. That thing's everywhere.
  2. Costumes yes, but as for unique characters never produced in ML, it's only a handful - Wrecking Crew, Klaw, and Enchantress. They've yet to make anything that I "never thought we would see". They've also yet to make anything truly "unique". One great thing about ML was it's use of unique sculpts for certain characters. Someone like Spiral or Wendigo just doesn't lend itself to re-use like Hasbro is employing for MU. When they do something that can't be recycled into 2-3 other characters, I'll be impressed.
  3. You gotta take into account that he still works for Marvel, not Hasbro. If they don't want him to reveal something until a certain Con, he has to abide by their wishes.
  4. That's is definitely a customer return. Think about it. How in the hell would Hasbro accidentally package 2 Toy Biz era figures into a modern package? It just wouldn't happen.
  5. Here's the assortment slated for June. Spider-man assortment
  6. There's a series of older figures along with the Juggernaut variant coming sometime in the next month or two. Beyond that, there's nothing known. Hopefully they'll have something to show at SDCC along with the comic Iron Man figures.
  7. I'd like to see another be found before I get excited. That's more work than they've ever put into a variant before.
  8. Not all ML have ball jointed hips either. You wouldn't see a sculpt like Doc Samson and automatically say it couldn't be ML.
  9. The Wolverine movie figures are going to be 4" scale. Already confirmed by Target computer listings.
  10. A great many 4" scale figures have double knees. Nearly all the upcoming Marvel Universe do. Also where it was originally posted said it was MU scale.
  11. There's already been some listings found in Target's system that verify these will be smaller scale like Marvel Universe.
  12. The only part of the original Bullseye sculpt that was resculpted was the upper leg when they made Havok because of the strap. Otherwise, everything else has been just plugging in new hands, feet, and heads. Because of the construction of Samson, everything that needs resculpting would basically equal a whole new figure.
  13. Yeah, Samson is a perfect base for Hyperion. They both have boot cuffs, bicep sleeves, and the codpiece of Hyperion could easily be sculpted over the Samson belt.
  14. Seconded. All the options given have uniquely sculpted details that would make Gladiator next to impossible to accurately pull off. what are you talking bout? there is nothing too different to the Gladiator. say for example, if the were to use the Doc Samson sculpt, all they have to do is give him a cap, new head, hand and feet, some of those shin guards and a new diamond symbol. that it. there is no need for a new sculpt. Doc Samson's upper torso has that square opening around the neck, Gladiator costume doesn't, so that piece isn't accurate. Samson's belt is part of the lower torso's sculpt and it isn't even close to Gladiator's either. Samson has the sculpted sleeves in the upper arms that wouldn't work for Gladiator either. And finally, Gladiator doesn't have bootcuffs. So the only two parts that are readily usable are the lower arms and upper legs. They could use Samson, he just wouldn't be very accurate at all. They just need to produce a good large sized "blank" body in the vein of the Bullseye/Quicksilver sculpt that could be reused for several characters.
  15. Seconded. All the options given have uniquely sculpted details that would make Gladiator next to impossible to accurately pull off.
